Company just tries to profit. Recommends services which we paid for and didn’t solve the problem. Comes back to say needs different kind of service that cost triple the amount. Upward of $1400. I called a different company and they fixed it for $120. I wouldn’t call these guys again.

Always a good response and service from JDL. Got my appointment right away and through text messages, always informed of the service status. Will continue to use JDL for future service and upgrades. Definitely recommend.

He was friendly and professional and throughly checked out my system, including the air handler in the overhead. I was fortunate to receive a clean bill of health for my unit with a reasonable charge for services rendered. I will continue using JDL for my future AC needs.

I would never use this company after what just happened in the Circle K on Tomahawk and hwy60.The drive of the company van and shirt was extremely rude to the staff at a busy gas station. He is a representative of his business. The woman at the gas station at best was 90 lbs and working by herself. The driver was three times her size. Be respectful dude.

Boom! Loved everything about our experience with JDL. From start to finish. Multiple quotes, done in less than 1 day. Full new HVAC system install. The office, the install team, and family owned, all played a big part for another happy customer.

$95 for nothing! Did not come during the scheduled appointment, the Technician could not communicate in English, spent less than 10min looking only at the inside unit (didn’t even bother to check the outside unit), and then quoted me a full replacement. What a joke of a company, at least with other companies if all they are going to do is give you an estimate it’s free. Manny’s Air is in the business of collecting $95 and doing nothing. I called the office to complain and after being hung up on several times their response was they did their job.

They did show up the same day. N changed a part on my unit but i asked if he checked the gas the guy told me yes that it was fine. Well my a/c dint cool So i called another guy n all they did put gas n my a/c worked great. I called their office n they never called back. They over charged i think too

Affraid of being scammed by most (professionals), my family and I went with no AC all of last year. This year we thought we'd give them a chance to earn our business. George Brazil & Pinguin Air quoted me over $3500.00 because (I needed a new compressor.) Manny's Air came over and I had cold AC within 10 minutes. Something is wrong with this picture. Manny's Air is honest, compassionate, professional and the entire team is so neat and clean even their trucks shine. it is unbelievalble the quality of work they deliver. You will invest in your AC unit with great pleasure when you do business with Manny's Air. I have never experienced such sincere customer service. THERE REALLY ARE SOME PROFESSIONALS OUT THERE. Wow... Manny's is a lifesaver. Our HP failed this Labor Day weekend. I called many places, who either weren't available or wanted very much to come out. Most said they probably wouldn't be able to get parts until Tuesday.
Talked to Manny. Found him to be very professional. He told us our options, and made recommendations. And he was very reasonable and easy to deal with. And he didn't try to gouge us. Manny, you have gained our business. We will be calling Manny for preventative maintenance and service in the future.
