They installed a new a/c unit. Arrived promptly and went right to work. The kept our house clean and seemed very thorough with their work. I would highly recommend talking to them when needing a new unit, or repairs like we did for the past 25 years.

Adam was the tech for my service maintenance/repair and did a great job communicating the issue. He was upfront with the issue, approximate costs, and the turnaround time. I appreciate his professionalism and friendliness! Michelle was also very responsive as well!

Had issues with the unit heating. Called Aire Serv and they were able to get someone out within a couple of hours. Alex arrived and checked the unit to determine the issue. Upon determining the issue, he explained the issues he found in a manner that was able to be easily understood. He was able to get the main issue resolved same day so we now have heat. Appreciated Alex's professionalism and manner in which he explained everything. Thank you.

I had a great experience with AirServe East Valley. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Michelle was wonderfully friendly and helpful on the phone—she made scheduling simple and answered all of my questions.

Christian handled the air duct cleaning, and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing, which I really appreciated. The difference after the cleaning was noticeable, and I feel much better about the air quality in my home now.

Overall, highly recommended! I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Our service guy today, Alex was awesome! He took his time with making sure we understood what was going on. We had several issues up in the attic that needed to be address prior to summer. The price was reasonable for his work and time to complete all tasks. We are so lucky to have found Aire Serv for our HVAC System.

JDL Refrigertion is an excellent company. I have used this company for over 15 years. They are professional, on time and dependable. Fast to respond when trouble occurs, they are the best.

JDL checks all of the boxes you want and need for your HVAC needs. Thay were the original installer for our HVAC system and their service is the pinnacle for the industry. The capacitor went out on one of my units at 11:30 pm. By 11:00 am the next morning their technician had the capacitor replaced and the unit repaired. Thank you all for your amazing service and responsiveness.

One of my tenants had an issue with their AC unit and JDL was able to identify and quote the issue in the same day! The repair was completed in very short order and the AC is blowing cold air like a champion now! Thank JDL!!

From the start, this team has been so professional and upfront. I spoke to James on Sunday he told me he would be out Monday at 7am, he was on time and professional. Every interaction with Anna was the same. They offer several options for payment plans. My unit was scheduled to be replaced on Tuesday 7-10 start time and Oscar and Ernie were on time, and professional as well, and kept me informed. After 3 days without AC this team helped me out quickly, and at a decent price. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them in the future.

Unbelievably fast and courteous service is all I can say, I called them with a broken AC at my mom’s house in Phoenix, Monday evening, Tuesday at 8 am they were at her house and started the work immediately. Phoenix was at 108 degrees that day so needless to say it was an emergency. I highly recommend them for your HVAC work. Great great company and people
