Great company from the customer service on the phone scheduling the appointment to the technician who cleaned the vents to the person who took payment. 5 Stars all the way! I’ve known Bill McAfee for more than five years and there are two things about his AireServ business that I truly appreciate: 1) their technicians - He hires quality technicians who treat the customer like he does. Christian was the one who performed our duct and dryer vent cleaning. He’s thorough, conscientious, professional, a great communicator, and cleans up the mess that cleaning the ducts can make. 2) They communicate what to expect and follow through on their commitments/pricing. Shelly kept us informed and prepared. No surprises and no pressure to upsell which seems to be the trademark for most other AC companies. I will absolutely continue to do business with AireServ!

My AC unit was blowing Hot air only, the temperature was over 100 degrees! I looked for Emergency AC repair and I ran across AireServ and called the number to see if they could help me! At the time that I called they had No technicians available! But the office called me back 10 minutes later! I did ask for their services to repair my unit. Within 30 minutes a technician was knocking on my door and that meant a lot to me! He made his repair and also repaired another issue with the air handler drainage in the attic! The Technician was awesome Thank You Adam very much! So from this point going forward I will only use AireServ for any A/C related issues that rise!

Service was pre (heating) season system check-up. Alex was very thorough in his diagnostics and his explanation of his findings.

When I call, or am called, to schedule service I'm always greeted by friendly staff. Niko has always been very informative and quick to perform the necessary work when he comes out. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
