End of day AC unit freezes on us. Alex came out and tackled every hurdle that was thrown his way. He stayed a little bit longer than expected but at the end of the day we have cold air running through the house for my family! They were quick to response not leaving us in dying heat all day. 10 out of 5 stars!

I had a delightful experience with Aire Serv. The receptionist, Michele, was friendly and super helpful. The salesmen weren't pushy and were able to help me select the perfect device for my needs. All my followup questions were answered without any trouble. The actual installation went off without a hitch. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The service we received from Aire Serve of East Valley was second to none. We received several estimates, all of which were significantly more than what we were quoted from Aire Serve. They also advised us that a part we were told needed to be replaced, in fact did not need to be replaced at all. It was nice knowing we were in the hands of a business that wasn't trying to take advantage of us. Lastly, our HVAC technician Adam was a true professional. He broke down to us in detail what was going on with our system, and how he was going to resolve it. A huge shout out as well to Shelly and Michelle in the office for staying in constant contact with us until the job was complete. Thank you Aire Serve of East Valley!

AC went out on a 110 degree day. Our technician Adam was here within the hour and had it fixed quickly. He was also very friendly and tolerated my energetic dog :) Would absolutely recommend to my friends & family.

Christian was amazing. He worked hard all day, did a great job and left the place like he was never here. 100% recommend.

My service tech was great prompt come on time, professional, friendly, explain things to us what to be done and did a great job. I’ve never had a get my wash done so fast in the dryer. My dryer took two minutes to dry my clothes navigate that before I guess I put up with it for the last five years out here so it was nice to have the duck queen and my duck on the dryer really happy with service. I highly recommend.

Will did thorough inspection & recommended drain cleaning which was obviously very dirty, including bugs. He informed me of each step of inspection which u appreciated. Hope to work with him again.

Recommended by a friend as my normal person booked 109 degrees and no ac is a crisis. Adam exceptional! Came within hours. Not repairable so next steps and alternative housing could be expedited. Randy explained everything to us before he started cleaning the air ducts. He also showed us pictures of how dirty they were. He kept the house as clean as possible. He was also very efficient.

This company is the best this nice man stood almost all day cleaning out my vents returns. Did such an amazing job and so nice. From Time I called two time job was finished. They were so kind and professional. They are the real deal. I will never hesitate to give them a call For any AC or duct cleaning.

We just purchased a home. It’s a little over 20 years old. I felt that it would be a good idea to have the air ducts cleaned. The technician that showed up did a great job was very respectful of my property. Cleaned all of the vents cleaned all of the registers Put everything back in order and even vacuumed when he was finished good service good value.
