James and his co workers were on time every time and conducted the work professionally. We had a small problem with an odor and James was quick to come back and explain to me that is was just left over oil. He cleaned it up and everything is great.

When scheduling an appointment make sure you get a confirmation email/text while you are on the phone with them. My 1st appointment that I scheduled was never put on the books and nobody came out. Had to call and schedule a 2nd appointment for 5 days later.
When that appointment came, Jesse was very professional and worked quickly and cleanly. He was friendly and had a smile the whole time. Besides the scheduling issue, it was a good experience.

Absolutely incredible service. We had just gotten back into town and quickly realized our AC went out. As the inside temperature kept increasing we called JDL for assistance. They immediately responded, had me on the schedule and within hours a very professional honest and knowledgeable technician came out, diagnosed the issue and had the problem fixed. Great experience with JDL - Andrew showed up promptly and was pleasant and efficient with his work. Everything checked out well, the outside coil cleaning was included with the service and I look forward to the next visit (2/year). Highly recommend for AC maintenance!

James and his colleague did a great job. Besides ensuring that my A/C system was in good working order, they tightened one of my air vent grates and adjusted the angle of the thermostat so I can see it better.

Great Experience! They fix the problem and not add to the problem. If you want your issue fixed, without the added $$$$ for a non-existing problem, JDL is who you should call. I’ll be using JDL going forward!!

I called JDL and they had their technician out here in a hour, he pulled the panel and found the Capacitor had a melted wire.Put a new capacitor in the A.C is on all with in 2 hours that's incredible service.
