Great Company! They got to my house in a hurry and fixed my broken A/C fast. The technicians, were very polite and explained everything to me about my A/C problem. I definitely will call them again if I ever have A/C problems again

Regret my decision getting a new A/C from them. Already had to call for repair to a new unit. Called them for maintenance that I already pre paid and no calls back. Called them again scheduled appt no show no call. They paint a real pretty picture even go as far as Manny himself came to sell me their business.

I called Manny's on recommendation of my good friend Augie Gastelum. My A/C was not working at my storefront and I worried it would be a large repair. Josh at the front desk went through a series of diagnostics on the phone and it turns out I just needed to replace my batteries on the console! In the future, I will definitely use Manny's for all my A/C servicing needs. Businesses that do the right thing by the customer whether they are paid or not are few and far between. I was extremely impressed with Manny’s Air. They took care of my home very quickly and for a lot less than the other 2 quotes I got. Not to mention I called them in the middle of July on a Friday at 5pm and they had it installed the next morning by noon.

This is the worst company to get your A/C unit. They never fix things right they have been to my house for the same problem 8 time over the last 2 years for the same problem they always charge you for the service call never really fix the problem. One guy came one time and said there was nothing wrong with it and he was gone in 10 min.

For any future people that want to get any work or buy a a/c unit from this people

In the span of 5 mins I saw the driver of the Cybertruck with the Manny’s Air Wrap run a red light, cut off multiple other drivers, and recklessly speed down Country Club Dr.

I was really impressed with Manny’s Air customer service, I would recommend them to anyone. I called around and got some ridiculous amounts quoted base on my explanation of the issue. I thought I was going to need to get a loan in order to get it fixed. Thank goodness a friend recommended them.

Horrible experience. An appointment was scheduled with Manny's air on Wednesday due to a loud noise coming from our air conditioner. Unfortunately, our A/C ended up breaking, so we called Manny's air back and they said they would come if they had any cancellations. They came Friday, 7/29, and they were also late. We spoke with the assistant on the phone (Wednesday) and we let them know that it was the fan in the air conditioner that had broke off. When the employee got here today, he asked us what the problem was. We explained to him that it was the fan within the unit, and how the fan came apart. He did not open the A/C unit or take a deeper look at the A/C unit. He glanced at it and said "Oh yeah, it's the fan." They did not come with any parts to make the repair and they still charged us for a service call when no maintenance, repair, or even an observation was even performed. We had to stay at a hotel with our pets due to no air conditioning. They said they would not be able to get the part and come out here to fix it until Monday. We called another company and they came within a couple of hours with the new fan and repaired our A/C unit. We have been loyal customers of Manny's for over 12 years but will not continue to use them.

Manny’s Air is simply the best! They are a family owned business that you can trust. It’s like having a close friend in the A/C business that you know is going to give you an honest assessment of what your A/C unit needs or doesn’t need.

My family has been going through a very difficult time dealing with health issues and we found ourselves needed to change the 17 year old unit at our home. We had been turned down so many times by banks and other companies seemed so out of reach, we felt we were against a wall with no way out. We ended getting someone who was kind enough and with genuine concern for our situation that highly recommended Manny's air, we were in our last hope but we decided to schedule an appointment for Manny to come and give us an estimate. When he arrived, my husband was extremely impressed by his people's personality and kindness, he explained everything in detail, unit, warranties, labor etc, His quote was the best we have seen among 4 different companies and the warranties supersede by way more any of the other major competitors. We still presented Manny with our difficult scenario he was very understanding and willing to help, he got us through his finance company, at first we were declined to get the standard finance, yet the last word was not set and they approved us for the Yes Loan with a higher interest rate which we were ok as we were very aware of our situation and credit. But the best was yet to come, Manny was able to schedule the installation of our bran new unit for Thursday just two days away from the date he came, and we got a call back from the bank and some how by the grace of God, they told us we were approved after all for the traditional finance and cut down our payment in HALF! This is just to show that working with the right people who care for others and genuinely care for their customers good things happen and not to loose hope. We highly recommend Manny's air, they came and help us in a very difficult situation and not only with our AC but helping us to get back on our feet and have a comfortable summer ! Manny financed my new a/c about 3 years ago when my credit was bad. His son Miguel and other techs installed the a/c and removed my old swamp cooler. A/c works great, always got good customer service. Miguel comes out once a year to clean and service the unit. Always does good job, explains everything good. Happy with work .

I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. I was always very iffy to call for an AC estimate knowing it would be so expensive or because I've never had an Ac unit in my home. I heard of Manny's Air from one of my husbands co-workers who recommended this company. I do not regret making the call on getting an estimate. The owner was friendly,courteous, and explained everything in detail what would be done. I made the call on a thursday, he came out here on a friday by Monday it was installed. The team who did the installation were very courteous and respectful. I know we made the right choice going with Manny's Air.

I have being doing busines with Manny's Air for a long time and thought I would get the same service this time around my AC unit went out. First they charged me $95 for nothing, they call it a service charge but the employee didn't do much and said I need a new unit without giving me any other options. I called first thing the next day to see what options where available for me and I was told Manny would call me but I never received a call. I called back again and left a message and no one has called me back as of yet. I have contacted another provider and they where able to help me with my current unit and fill it with the correct coolant. It's unfortunate they didn't care for my business after I have given them business for my homes and people I had recommended. I will no longer use or recomend their services. I hope they do what is correct and refund me my $95.

The technician was there within two hours of me calling them. Found and fixed the problem quickly. Explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on. Amazing customer service, fair and honest. I had another AC technician come out and they said I needed a new compressor and quoted me an absurd amount of money and then called Manny for a second opinion and got it fixed for $300 when my quote from the other AC guy was $3700. Manny Air is the best I would recommend them to anyone and especially my friends and family. Thanks Manny’s Air!!!!!

Although I have been pleased with Manny's service, my air went out 4th July and although I was covered for parts, I paid $115 for the call out/ labour's. Well, air went out again last Friday and I called Saturday morning and they wanted another $115 for the thermostat because it was the weekend and I couldn't fix the thermostat myself. I was not happy and expressed it. Had to get neighbour to help me.

It was over 110 degrees and our air conditioning went out and our home warranty provider could not get us a vendor until three days later. One phone call to Manny's Air and their team of professionals came to the rescue. They were promopt, professional and a great value. I will be using them again and you should too.

Manny's Air, LLC was very quick in helping my family and I get our new AC unit. Manny was very thorough and precise in giving us the information we needed in making an educated decision on what we need to do moving forward with our new AC unit. The team that came to install the AC was also very knowledgable and courteous. Josh, the front desk employee, was also very respectful and provided excellent customer service. Overall, this was a smooth and easy process and I felt very at ease having Manny's Air in our home. The best part, they are bilingual! I highly recommend anyone to give them a call, they are amazing.

Amazing company!! They came out the same day (Martin) very knowledgeable, he diagnosed the issue fast and gave us options and his honest opinion and we got a new a/c installed 2 days later. Rudy and the guys with him did a wonderful job and fast. Very good communication from the company in general. Manny has a very good team working with him! Don't look anywhere else for an a/c company!
