Damir came to my house the same day I contacted, and within an hour had diagnosed the problem and now it's running flawlessly.

Brandon, on the phone, answered all of my questions and then told me the price for servicing my units, so I booked an appointment. They worked around my schedule. When the technician showed up, he was on time, dress well, courteous and also took the time to answer my questions, then perform the maintenance needed. This company was great. I called today and by the afternoon they sent a technician out to check our air condition. Sean the technician arrived before the scheduled time, OMG how great is that!! He was very professional, he explained each procedure that he was doing and he explained why there no need to replace the A/C. There were a couple of parts that needed replacement and that would get the A/C running great! Thank you to this company and Sean for their honesty! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Needed an asap repair on my firepit in order to sell the house. They were great at getting my job scheduled quickly but the tech was so slow and inexperienced that I don't have much faith in what was done. He was constantly on his phone to his boss and walked back and forth to his truck at least 15 times (across my rocks, couldn't even use the sidewalk). He repaired the key valve then at the end couldn't get the key back out of it. It's stuck. Still charged me $900+.
