I recently had Semper Fi Heating, Cooling & Plumbing install a new AC unit and air handler for my main floor and basement, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team was **punctual, efficient, and highly professional**—completing the installation ahead of schedule. They took the time to walk me through how everything works, ensuring I felt comfortable with the new system.

Beyond their expertise, they maintained **a clean and organized workspace**, leaving no mess behind. Now, my home is perfectly cooled, the temperature is just right, and the units run **quietly and smoothly**. I live in a remote area and Semper Fi was able to quickly come out to my house to look at my AC. The information on the unit was worn off and I wasn’t sure how old the unit was but the repair guy figured it out and found that it was still under warranty. He was able to get the manufacturer to find the unit information and the correct part. They also helped me find financing options to complete the repair. Once fixed the technician provided videos to show what was repaired. They were competent and trustworthy.

I had Guy com by from Semper Fi. He was clean cut, very professional and gave me a reading on my two ACs. The one he said was fine, and could maybe use some more sealer.
The other he showed me photos and readings and gave a quote for repair, or replacement. He didn’t push me, just gave me an honest opinion.

With some extra incentives I decided to get a new AC. I got a free up grade with a reasonable price. The next day I had NICK, LOU and ADAM came over and replaced the AC. All super nice guys and did a great job. They had a few extra issues they ran into with my house but got it all done with the same price I was quoted and didn’t charge me extra for the extra things they did. I highly recommend this team.

Semper Fi Heating and cooling did amazing job installing my new water filter system at my house. The technician was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this company for you water heating and plumning needs.

Semper Fi is one of the few companies I am happy to leave a review for. We have used them many times to address different HVAC and the plumbing issues. Their service people are outstanding and always pleasant to work with. On one occasion they did not charge for a service call when the problem I called them for turned out to be something else. A company that would empower their employees to make that call is certainly one which can be trusted. I have referred them to other people and all have had a positive experience.

Great experience from the very beginning! The scheduling staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Our service technician, Jose, was absolutely awesome—professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Lead technician Sam and his apprentice hunter were amazing. They were 10 minutes early to the appointment. They were above and beyond courteous, polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. After a 15 minute assessment, they showed me exactly where the leak was coming from, gave me repair options and the price was very reasonable. They gave me options. There was no high-pressure sales.These two excellent Semper Fi Employees are a testament why I always call this particular Company.

1/27 Updating my review for Semper Fi because when I posted first review within minutes the company reached out to me and wanted to make my experience right. They were very apologetic and sincere about making sure there customers where satisfied. They offered a me a reduced price and to bring a new supervisor technician out to make sure the work I wanted done was just that. They were able to schedule a new tech quickly and William came yesterday and did a fanstastic job, very professional and was very thorough and explained everythig that he was doing and why. I am 100% satisfied that my AC will be in good condition and not leak into my house for awhile. Thank you Shayla, William and Semper Fi for stepping up and making this issue/experence better. I will take back my recommendation and say 100% would recommend this company any any repairs you may need. Thank you again.

I would not recommend this company do to there prices. I had a mini split plugged and leaking water in house. I knew what the problem was as it has happened before. All the tech did was remove cover blow the line down using his mouth, poured water into tray to verify unplugged and cleaned coils. I cleaned the filters and he used my ladder as his was to big and bulky. This is going to happen again sooner then I want as I ask him to clean the tray and he said water flowed it cleaned. The price for his hour of work was $800. Ridiculous...

Had temperature fi come out and do a routine inspection on my home not having any issues at this time just wanted it checked before the summer heat and the technician James P. Disconnected wires from my capacitor for the AC unit and left it that way. So that I would think there was an issue with, fortunately for me, I know electronics and not a complete stranger to ac units. I gist hope he didn't do more damage up in the attic.To the areas where i'm not able to see that easily. I will be writing a report to the better business bureau as well hopefully they are part of the better business bureau. If the owner reads this review, shame on your employees.

Installer was very competent and professional. Chaz did a beautiful job. He was very good to answer my questions on a complicated installation. I will definitely call Semper Fi for future hvac and plumbing needs. Appreciate the various discounts too!

Semper Fi was amazing! The best Customer Service ever. Our AC went out on Wednesday evening... we called for service and a technician was at our house by 8pm! Our 16 year old AC needed to be replaced. The AC installers (and crane) were at our house the next morning by 9AM, and we had cold air blowing by 11AM - such a relief, as the temperature outside was nearing 110°. The technician and installers were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Semper-Fi came out on a Friday evening for a free tune up and we ended up purchasing a new unit with them the same day. They take detailed pictures and answer all questions honestly. The following Monday they were able to install in less than 5 hours. Wrong thermostat was installed the 1st time, but they were back in less than an hour to rectify. Everyone has been great from the sales guy to the installers to customer service. Thanks for being dependable

Our 25 year old A/C units were no longer cooling. We called Semper Fi and their tech came out the same day.

After reviewing all of our options with their tech, we decided it was time to replace both units. Their installation crew was able to come out the next day and install both units.

The installation team arrived on time, was professional and took the time to explain everything to us. At the end of the installation, they left the job site clean.

We were very satisfied with our experience with Semper Fi, their service and the quality of the work was excellent.

We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

My Dad actually recommended Semper Fi. He recently had them install a mini split. He said out of three quotes they were the cheapest with the best reviews. I set up an appointment to have my thermostat looked it. Brandon showed up early. Was very polite. Fixed my issue and because he still had time in my appointment window he climbed up onto my roof and checked out my AC unit. Gave me a thorough explanation of what’s needed with no pressure. He sent me two detailed quotes right away. I highly recommend Semper Fi!

Our Nuve thermostat malfunctioned during update, and they automatically sent out a technician. Also it was 8:30 pm when we called in for service and the technician arrived 1½hr later (Eric was pleasant and efficient). Congrats great service. We also had the 10yr service pkg. (n/c service, labor, parts) great investment.

Temperature Fi Heating came out to inspect my AC unit, and I was very impressed with their service. The team was professional, punctual, and took the time to clearly explain everything they found. They made sure I understood the condition of my system and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciated their honesty and informative approach. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a competitor install a Trane Heat Pump at my house in July of 2023. I immediately started having problems. The competitor was unable to accurately diagnose my issues. I had no heat at night for the past 15 months because my compressor was freezing up. The competitor swapped countless components with no success. After reaching out to Trane I finally had enough and started getting quotes for replacement despite my heat pump being only 2 1/2 years old. Contracting Semper Fi was the best decision I made. Nathen came out on a Thursday evening and convinced me he could complete the repairs properly and get me running again without full replacement. Fast forward a couple days and the repairs have been completed at a very reasonable cost. My heat is working properly for the first time since the spring of 2024. Nathen the technician was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. Getting my heat pump repaired has been an ordeal and I'm so thankful for Nathen and Semper Fi. I will only be using them in the future for all my HVAC needs.

Guy Jackson, our service rep, arrived on time and was very professional. He offered options, explanations and a lot of common sense. I have dealt with 2 other HVAC companies ( unsuccessfully ) regarding the same problem that Guy diagnosed within 30 minutes. I look forward to working with Semper Fi and will definitely recommend them to friends and co-workers.

Semper Fi’s customer service and professionalism is awesome! We needed some one to come look at our units they installed about 3 years ago. They had a technician come later that same evening and spent time diagnosing the issue. He was able to repair it and also order a part that came in pretty quickly. Another technician came as soon as they got the part and made sure the units were running correctly before he left. We appreciate their quick and friendly responses. You can tell they do care.
