I’m happy to say after three years my Trane air conditioner has been performing satisfactory, plus the appreciate the assistance and advice of Air & Water Mechanical!

I hired Air & Water factor to replace both of my air conditioners at my property in Gilbert, AZ and I was extremely pleased with the service. Initially I had several contractors to provide me with a quote, but these guys seemed to be the most knowledgable and courteous. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had service done by them before. Their estimator and the technicians were very polite and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the new air conditioners in a professional manner. The technicians cleaned up very well after themselves once the installation was done. The office crew were very polite and courteous as well. My overall experience with this company was extremely positive and I would certainly hire them again for any air conditioner or plumbing related service.

AJ came to fix our AC and my husband and I were both busy on the phone. AJ was very professional and respectful as he felt badly having to interrupt us while we were on the phone. AJ fixed out AC in a timely manner and walked us through our receipt to let us know what he did to fix our AC and take care of the Maintance part of both our AC.
We were thankful for the text to let us know when he was coming and for communicating with us after he was done with the job.

Chris came out and was very kind, fixed the issue within a 40 minute time frame and had my AC blowing cold before he left.

I have been a customer for 23 years. Air & Water Mechanical Services has never disappointed. The company has installed water heater, maintenance my cooling & heating systems and plumbing most recently. Great customer service! They are professional, clean, a great value, and backup their work 100%. They are excellent! I would highly recommend Air & Water Mechanical Services; they are the best by far.

I recently purchased a new AC unit from Air & Water, along with adding some additional returns in bedrooms to increase circulation. The install went almost exactly as they said it would. They showed up when they said, and got the install done for the most part of a day, which was the expectation they set for me (it had to be replaced in parts, as the access was not nearly big enough for an AC unit). I did get some competing quotes from a few other companies, and Air & Water was much less than some of the competition. In my experience with this company, the thing that really makes me want to do business with them is the technician, Chris, is honest, knows AC in and out, and is accountable for his company's work. He makes it clear that his goal is to make sure our AC is working for us, and that if there is any problem they will take care of it. During the install of the air returns, a cat6 network cable was cut in the process (accidents happen). The installers at the time did not think they caused any issues, but when Chris stopped by to install some new thermostats and check on the work of the installers, he identified the wire was cut and was prepared to repair it right away. Knowing it was in my attic, he could have bet that I would not want to crawl in there and could have told me anything... but he owned up to someone else's mistake without any question. Since the new AC has been installed, everything is working great and we are very happy.

I've been using Air & Water Mechanical, formerly Air Factor, for two decades, and other family members now use them too. Everything they do is prompt, reasonably priced, and professional. We just replaced an HVAC system and 1 week later they sent out my regular maintenance technician just to do a post-installation inspection by a different person. I don't know how many other companies would do that but it seemed very proactive to me. We've been on their annual maintenance plan for a long time, and also had a water conditioning system put in by them.

Rude is an understatement. Had several techs come multiple times never on time and never called to notify me they were running late. They all had conflicting assessments on my unit then after the final visit I was told it was low on coolent. Get a bill for over a grand a few days later smh. Took forever to get the owner to call me back and unsurprisingly he was very rude as well but did inform me he fired all of the techs who came out lol. So I'm supposed to pay some outrageous bill for 4 different techs who were fired obviously because they didn't know what they were doing. Never use this company. It's so frustrating the way people do business now and the unprofessional incompetent employees that all had conflicting reasons of what the problem was and were apparently fired mind you blew my mind.

Trey is an outstanding young man. His knowledge of his craft is outstanding as well. He’s a father and talked about his 3 kids. We will continue to work with Trey Mowry and this company. What a previous company came and said there were many things wrong plus a bad switch. All untrue he did a minor adjustment cleaned up his mess too. This did not cost us anything. Since the previous owners had him out here in May nothing was done at that time. They stand by their customers! Thank you. Howie and Kathy Syverson

We have used Air and Water Mechanical for many years for our A/C needs. The office staff are always friendly and responsive. The technicians are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Chris has been especially wonderful, and he takes the time to thoroughly diagnose, explain and offer solutions. They have also gone out of their way to accommodate our schedules, sometimes on very short notice. They were even able to schedule a last minute service call to fix my son and daughter-in-law's A/C unit at the end of the day today. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs prompt, reliable, friendly service.

Hired air&water mechanical to put in new A/C. Chris answered all our questions which we had about which would work best for us at the right price, who has been helping us for years already. Anthony and Richard came out right on time and installed the A/C, with no problems in a timely manner, who also answered all our questions. Couple days later Chris and his assistant came back to make sure A/C was working properly along with explaining all the warranties. They have always been dependable and reliable, it was great teamwork.

I am very happy with my service from Air and Water Mechanical! I needed a new A/C installed and they did a great job explaining the process to me. Anthony was the technician who installed my A/C and he was prompt and professional. In addition, all the staff I spoke to were helpful in meeting my needs and were very understanding. I have used Air, Water and Mechanical in the past when they were known as Air Factor, was impressed then and even more so now. I had an issue with my AC after hours, next morning bright and early Chris diagnosed and recommended replacement due to failure and age, Chris was extremely professional and patient with all my questions. I decided to replace ducts as well, couldn't say better things about Edgar and Anthony the installers, they were giving me updates every step of the installation process and were very efficient and professional. Very happy with the work and professionalism of everyone I dealt with in company from office giving me updates when the team was going to show up, to post install check up, my house is cooler and quieter due to all of the work done. Air & Water Mechanical is beyond outstanding. We have used them for a few years but today was confirmation we have the right team. Our AC unit compressor froze under a power surge. We called and Travis arrived in well under an hour. He was professional, prompt and had us running in no time. We’ll done!

We have used them for several years for several different services and the are our first and only choice for their services. The office staff is so polite, courteous, kind, professional and always responsive very quickly. The are always available especially for emergencies 24 hours a day and they call before they come so you know when to expect them for your appointment time. Routine repairs and maintenance are quickly scheduled and there is usually always someone available within a day or two. The office staff of Amy, Lluvia, and Katie are superb and treat you like a VIP and family!! The team of repair staff are also amazing. We have been so appreciative of the exceptional service from Daniel, Kyle, Ed, and Chris for the home services. Thank you to everyone at this great company!!!

So glad to have found this company after a lot of shopping around. I have a home addition / remodel project starting soon. I needed to get things lined up in advance for a multitude of reasons, mainly due to supply chain issues and the fact that so many companies are busy these days. That said, I was ghosted by four other companies before being contacted by Air & Water Mechanical. I explained to them up front that I was setting things up in advance and that my project was starting in a few weeks. They had no problem giving me an estimate and understanding my situation. They have been friendly, prompt and professional handling my project so far. Other companies wouldn't even return calls after I told them up front what was going on. I will update after installation, but so far I'm impressed ... stick with the family owned businesses, much better response.

Had technician out two weeks ago to evaluate ways to cool our second bedroom and garage…was told we would get estimate within a day or two. Called last week as we haven’t received an estimate and was told within the day. Still waiting. Guess they don’t want to help us even though we renewed our yearly maintenance agreement.

I have two Trane AC units, and have had them both replaced by Air and Water Mechanical within the past few years and they did a great job on the install. They were well priced and both installs were flawless. I’ve also used them for annual check ups, and the few service issues I’ve had they’ve come through every time. I’ve dealt with several different service techs and they all been very good, professional and friendly. I’ve had Jake several times and he’s been outstanding. Very solid company and I definitely recommend.

Super friendly staff on the phone when I was setting up my appointment for AC unit maintenance. Day of service I got a text letting me know my service tech was on the way. Very punctual- I believe his name is Jake. He is very knowledgeable and professional, friendly. Whole experience was super smooth and easy. He got my unit in shape for the hot summer season ahead. 10/10 would recommend

Chris Green was the guy who fixed the air conditioner and at length explained what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again, etc. etc. ACES!!
