We turned to Peavler after a neighbors recommendation following a nightmarish 5 years of 2 new HVAC units needing repair. It has been one of THE BEST decisions we have made choosing Peavler. They have been honest, thorough, pleasant and professional, often going above and beyond to provide us with excellent care & service after they installed 2 new Trane units 8 years ago. Always prompt and very communicative we have never had anything other than the best outcomes in their expert care. From installation, maintenance, service and repair they have been outstanding. Blake and his staff are a breath of fresh air!

It was so nice to find a Family owned business that is honest and willing to accommodate customers needs.
The team at Peavler was very skilled and knowledgable about the service we were requesting.
Before working with them we already knew we were looking for a new system to keep up with the AZ hot weather as our builder put in an undersized unit for our square footage.
Pealver had all the answers and was able to install the following week.
So happy we found this company and group of fine people, it reminds me of older days of trust without the up sale push as bigger corp. companies do on a daily basis.

A few years ago we bought two a/c units from Peavler. GREAT service during that process. They reach out often to make sure all is going well. Their techs are great when they come out for our check ups, which we had another just this week.

We have always called Blake for help on AC issues. Our first experience, we had called someone else first who said we needed a full replacement. We called Peavler for a second opinion. After a thorough diagnostic, he found a disconnected wire, which he fixed and everything immediately worked perfectly! Very honest and reliable AC service!

Most recently AC went out on a Wednesday, and he was able to rearrange his schedule to squeeze us in for a full replacement THE NEXT DAY!!! As a mom to 3 littles, this was a priceless gesture. Peavler will always have our business.

I contacted Peavler AC at 7:30 PM and they were at my house by 8:30 AM the next day. Manny was professional and friendly both over the phone and when he came to my house. He had my unit back up and running within 30 minutes and charged a reasonable price! I will definitely use Peavler AC in the future and I highly recommend!

Had a great experience yesterday with Peavler A/C. Just like other reviews have stated, Blake, Manny, and the crew who showed up to complete the work were professional, competent, and motivated. We had an issue where several rooms in our home were markedly different temps (5 deg + different) through the day. They were able to easily explain what they needed to install and move around (duct work wise) and follow through, fixing the issue. We learned about them from a family referral, and I’m very happy we ended up using them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Peavler!

When I called called after my A/C went out, I was pleasantly surprised they made sure to get me in the same day. The technician was very professional and fixed the issue and took the time to explain what was wrong.

I looked hard to find a company to do regular maintenance and service on my split system. After reading reviews, I chose Peavler AC & Htg.. their maintenance plan was offered at a fair price. It’s a great value to have. On Robert’s last visit, he found a part that needed replacement. So much better to get this done in January, than to have the unit fail in the summer! Robert was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job in both the maintenance and repair of my unit. I can highly recommend Peavler—both for the quality of service and for the friendliness of staff who handle appointments and questions.

We are very happy with our technician, Anthony. He explained everything to us and did a good job maintaining our ac system. The reason why I am knocking off one star is because of the scheduling process with the company/main office. I had an initial appointment where the company was a no show, with no call, text, etc... I was about ready to move on to another company but Peavler Air contacted me and admitted the fault on their part, apologized, and rescheduled me for that same day. So they handled it well and we were pleased with the service. Overall I would recommend this company to others.

Had a technician come out and Perform maintenance on our system. Lex was very professional, arrived on time, and he thoroughly explained everything that was going on with our system. We were happy with the service we received and look forward to our next maintenance checkup.

I want to thank Peavler Air and Heating for the excellent job on my new HVAC replacement. All aspects of the job were outstanding. The scheduling, the on time appointments, paperwork, and quality of the services were first-rate. The pricing was very competitive too. The installation crew was great. A special thank you goes out to Matthew who was my salesman and made sure the install, thermostat programing, clean up, and paperwork went smoothly. Finally, Mr. Peavler came by to say hi and check in the project. I had my unit inspected/serviced 1-20-26 to make sure that my HVAC system was running well. The tech. arrived on time and I was kept informed by text as to his name and arrival time.

The team installed five units during our home construction. I continued to use them for service regularly. After some blockage was detected in the attic, and their technician told me that previous services it was done on incorrectly leading to damage to damage, I informed the owner what the technician told me and the owner literally blew up at me and told me that he would no longer continue servicing my home.

I brought in another company due to some ongoing issues and was told the installer did not submit the units for a warranty, and so when we experience some mechanical failures on our Trane units the expensive parts were not covered, even though the units were only 6 to 7 years old. My suspicion is that this company will be fine for simple homes, but it’s not cut out to handle more complex and customer installations and maintenance. They also had significant turnover in there service technicians while I was using their service.

I don't typically leave reviews but felt in the case, I would make an exception. Blake and the entire team did an excellent job installing my new A/C units. The experience was perfect from start to finish. I'm very happy with how Peavler explained all my options and provided me with multiple estimates for each A/C brand. During the installation, the team was very nice and always took the time to answer any questions I had. I'm so glad I chose Peavler to install my new units and plan to use them for any yearly maintenance at my other property as well. Thank you Peavler for a job well done!!!!!

This is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. They have competitive pricing, are honest and don’t try to upsell on work that isn’t necessary, and have exceptional customer service.

We recently replaced our HVAC system and Blake who owns the company was involved in all stages of the process. He educated us on all the available rebates to offset the costs of the system we chose, and even completed all necessary paperwork to submit. They made the process so effortless. Blake even took time to come back himself to teach me how to set up and use the app and smart thermostat. I am going to recommend this company to my family and friends.

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now. Blake, and his crew are wonderful. I fully recommend them. Blake is an expert on A/C systems and he will take care of you. I've had emergency situations where he's come out after hours to help fix the issues. Best HVAC company I've ever worked with, responsive and never tried to upsell me.

From the owner to the office team and service team Peavler AC has been great every time! They have helped me an aging AC unit and finally a new AC and thermostat. They have also helped my mom and neighbors!

They did such a fantastic job at my house that when it came time to replace the air conditioner at my grandmother’s house I had no problem recommending them to a 90 year old widow. I knew that Blake and his guys work clean and are honest. Karla in the office is great. She was quick to respond and follow up on emails. All in all a great experience.
