This time Colin Chilson was the service tech that provided the service. During/after the service, Colin, my wife and I had a great conversation regarding our current system and based on age and usage of our system what proactive service should be performed in the future. Colin's expertise about products, maintenance, and timing for what we may anticipate related to out system was helpful. The conversation was pleasant with no pressure, and fostered a trust between Colin, my wife, myself, and Emergency Air HVAC. Colin is a sincere and great person and we and Emergency Air HVAC are lucky to have such a person to work with.
