Excellent service, efficient, friendly and most importantly competent. After dealing with Hugo's AC/Heating (went through insurance company) for 3 weeks, my insurance company called Child's. They contacted me immediately, said they would have part in 2 days but got it the next day and immediately called to tell me they would have someone there that afternoon. They were timely, explained problem to me and had the heat up and running in a couple of hours. I wouldn't think of going to any other company for any of my heating or AC needs. Outstanding!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Child over the past 5 years. They do a great job, are punctual and keep you informed of their arrival time. Enrique has been our usual service tech. Great to work with.

I used Child Air Conditioning for my office. I continued with my home service after I retired. These folks are great! They are honest, respectful, efficient, and they deliver excellent service. They recently installed a new heat pump on our roof and did an excellent job. Their prices are great, too!

Love this company. Enrique and Al both work very hard and do the job right. They have quoted me honest pricing, where the competition tried to gouge me! I use child air condition now for all my AC jobs, instillations, and repairs at my house and my rentals. So glad I found these guys.

Hands down the best company I have dealt with Arizona since moving here. Very honest and professional which is very rare in the desert. I have dealt with Enrique a couple of times since being referred to Child's a couple years ago and he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and I couldn't be any happier with the services he has provided for me. Thanks, Al! I’m cool again!!!! Phew. Great work by Al today fixing my old double-motor air handler, which was no easy task due to tight access. Child Air seems honest, hard working, all around pleasant, and reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend.

I even had another guy out a couple times to check on little things a couple years ago, Joey, not sure if he’s still there, but recall similar feeling after he left.

I just had Al and Matt service my A/C and it was the best experience. They were kind, honest, and repaired my A/C quickly without trying to upsell me unnecessarily. I would highly recommend this company and these 2 qualified and knowledgeable technicians to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Child Air Conditioning. Alfonso (AL) and his colleague were amazing. Kind, considerate, thorough and HONEST!!!! I had originally received an estimate from Chas Roberts who looked at my unit for no more than a couple of minutes, provided ZERO service but still charged $85 and then misdiagnosed my problem and said I needed a part that AL found to be perfectly fine and said nothing about the part that was really the problem...a failing compressor. Had I just said yes, and not got a second opinion, I estimate I would been out a good 6.5k, compared to the 2K it took to fix my unit and replace the compressor which was under warranty. Al and his colleague were prompt on both service visits, went straight to work, were highly communicative and got my AC back on line. Moral of the story...always get a second opinion...unless of course you pick Child Air, then you're good with just one. Appreciate ya all. And Child Air...you make sure you take good care of AL. He's a rare gem of a human.

Adam came out on a Sunday to take a look and diagnosed the problem quickly. He picked up the part the next day and it was back up and running. Would recommend using Adam and company!

Adam does great work! He fixed the air leaks I had in my AC ducts & straightened out the duct. He explained the work being done & what the result would be. I highly recommend Adam & Remington Refrigeration for AC work.

Remington Refrigeration did me a big favor today. I had a window ac unit in my rv that was installed in a factory made cabinet. I am leaving town in two days and he agreed to see if it could be repaired. Adam determined that it could be fixed, but advised that to buy new and modify the cabinet would be 1/3 the cost. Adam then refused to take a payment for the hour of his time I used on his Memorial Day! Honesty and integrity are a rare treasure! Thank you Adam!

I highly recommend Remington Refrigeration for a/c repairs. They were ahead of schedule, and communicated they would be early. Adam was friendly, and explained the issue and his recommendation for repair. Pricing was fair too! Would definitely use them again in the future.

My dryer stopped working and reached out to Remington through Yelp… they were very responsive and adaptive to my schedule. The repair person showed up promptly and the repair was quick. Very nice and would recommend.

Adam did such a great job on my A/C. Called Remington Refrigeration for a second opinion and I'm glad I did! The first company told me I needed a new system, which i was quoted around $9000, or I needed $4000 of work that would not be guaranteed to last long. Even though Adam did not disagree with the 1st guys, he ultimately found the root cause as to why my AC wasn't working at that particular moment. He gave me a price of $350, he fixed the issue, and gave me pointers on a few things for my 12 year old unit. My AC is still working after 2 years since that happened. Great job Adam and Crew
