They are great, the owner is on time, professional and friendly, I have had them service my ac when we bought a house and replace out the duct work. Fair price and good efficient work. They did a great job. I trust them for all my ac and heating work.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I was supposed to be an inspection and ended up being this big job. I cannot thank Lou and Jordan enough. I know it wasn’t easy in the heat wave but they made it happen. Best AC experience I ever had and recommend them over the big names. Jordan, the tech, was the nicest guy and was just honest about what was going on. Seriously, call Lou, you won’t regret it.

I'm now a customer for life. My AC didn't sound right and I thought that it was at the end of its service life. Lou came out, looked at my unit, secured a wire that had fallen off and chose not to charge me because he didn't do anything but secure a wire. 5 stars for honesty and decency. He had every right to charge me for the service call. All service and repair people should be like him.

We were having issues with our old AC unit. we had two other companies out and kind of got the run around.We got Lou's number from a relative who used AVA in the past. I'm glad we called AVA, Lou came right out and gave us a couple options. We decided not to keep fixing the old unit and go with a new system. He gave us a day and time that he would be there and that's when he installed the new system. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We definitely recommend AVA. The new system is much quieter than the old system.

A very positive experience with Jordan and his team installing two American Standard split systems. Lou Groner has very well qualified employees, and he is a sharp business person offering reasonable pricing.

When I trying to establish a vendor relationship, one of the key things that I'm looking for is a sense of trust (in addition to an equipment vendor that understands the importance of cost). They educate the consumer, provide options that are customized to the needs of the consumer, and provides service in the "old-fashioned" customer service way. We called All Valley Air at 9:30 pm when our AC went out and we were fortunate enough to speak with the technician at that time. After a brief conversation and description of what had happened he was then able to assertain the problem and had the parts to fix it immediately early that following morning. The technician was thorough, competent, courteous, and proficient. He showed us the faulty part after completion which was very much appreciated because we have no knowledge with regard to the mechanics of AC systems. To know that this company does not seek to take advantage of ones lack of experience is truly an admirable quality. Thank you again All Valley Air.

Earlier this week I returned from vacation to a 100 degree HOT house and a broken AC. Talk about miserable and unfortunate. Luckily that same day, I was told about All Valley Air Inc. and how they are highly recommended. I called 1st thing the next morning in hopes of an appointment. Lou answered the call and scheduled the appointment within a couple of hours from my phone call. I was amazed with the prompt service, genuine nature and the professionalism of Lou and his team. The company I’ve used for the last couple of years always made me feel like they were trying to sell me something. Not these guys. They warned me of future problems and assured me my system was running as it should.

Despite having to wait for the new unit to be available, the response time and quote was very fast and efficient. Once the unit was ready to install, 3 techs showed up and got our AC going again during the hottest part of summer. Efforts were also made to keep the old unit going until the new one was ready, and much appreciated. Can't beat the level of service and honest integrity. Jordan is a great asset to the company.

We had our A/C go out in the middle of the day and just so happen to be in the middle of summer. We called our home warranty company and they said that it would be a full 2 days before someone could come out and fix our issue

I made one call to the All Valley Air Inc and they were out the same day, and was at my house when he said he would be. They gave me a great price for the repair fee. I would highly recommend this company to other and I got some of his business cards to pass out

I had the dismay of losing my air conditioner on a Friday night after it seemed to blow up several pieces inside. I was told it needed to be replaced by the first company I could get a hold of that night. So, they were going to send someone out the next day for a quote.

Since I didn't know anything about that company other than they spend a LOT of money on advertising (and they gave me a nice flashlight), I decided to peruse the Google, looking for other companies. Perhaps I didn't really need a new unit. Maybe this company would charge me a fortune to help pay for their ads.

Luckily, I was referred to All Valley Air by another volleyball dad during a tournament the next morning. I decided that along with All Valley Air, I'd also get 2 more evaluations/quotes, totaling 4, just to do my due diligence on this rather large purchase. The other 2 companies came out and were polite and professional, but I just didn't get the same vibe I did when Lou from All Valley came out on Mother's Day.

As soon as I met Lou, I knew he was different. He was the owner of the company. There was no dog & pony show. Just an honest discussion, letting me know the unit could be repaired, but it just wouldn't make sense to invest in the older unit. He quoted me three air conditioning units, of various degrees of efficiency and components. This was similar to the other three, except Lou didn't steer me to the most expensive unit. He explained the major differences and even after deciding on the most expensive option, Lou wanted to make sure I understood that I could get away with a lower priced unit, especially if I didn't have plans to stay in the home for many more years.

The bottom line--I got a great value. His top option was less costly than the other company's mid-range unit. He sent a very professional crew over to make sure I was taken care of, he came back out to check up on the install, and followed up several times to make sure I was happy with the progress. Lou also helped me register my new product's warranty and has been helpful with an insurance claim on my old air conditioner.

At the end of the day, the only way to know All Valley was there, was the temperature in my house. There were no traces of garbage/boxes/drink containers, etc. If you're like me and know nothing about A/Cs, you'll feel confident and trust that All Valley Air will do the right thing at the right price!

Lou & All Valley Air are refreshingly honest & hard-working. I'm so glad I found them! They've done reliable and fairly priced repair work on our ACs, and installed a new AC unit quickly & worry-free when it finally became obsolete. I recommend them highly.

Let me just start by saying that I am beyond thankful for this company and I would be giving more than 5 stars if I could. Having your air conditioner go out during the hottest time in the Arizona summer is a nightmare, tack on an overheated toddler and a couple panting dogs and you've got yourself quite a stressful situation. Called All Valley Air up, Lou came right out and fixed our AC unit and got us back into those glorious 70s temperatures right away! The service to our air conditioner was A+ and you can tell they are really knowledgeable and provide quality service. Not only was the service to the air conditioner A+, the customer service was A+ as well. I won't hesitate to use this company in the future for our AC needs as well as referring them to our friends and family!

Lou and his team were absolutely fabulous! The were friendly and very professional. I loved how they worked together as a team and installed to A/C units at my house in a very reasonable amount of time. Very impressive! Helpful, honest, upfront and we never get surprised with him. He even helped us over the phone with a thermostat issue. All Valley Air Inc. recently installed 2 heater/air conditioner units in our newly purchased home. Upon a call to the company through a referral, Lou, owner/operator, immediately set up an appointment, came to our home, and thoroughly explained several options that would meet our needs.The installation was a large job, taking two entire days in which the team worked tirelessly, arriving as expected, cleaning up after each day, leaving the home as found before the installation. Lou not only supervised but worked along side the entire installation, ensuring the standards of workmanship he expected were met. Lou is personable, has an excellent business ethic, provides a very decent value for his products, and ensures that he and his team deliver a trusted product that makes for a job well done.

I called All Valley Air Inc. when my A/C stopped pumping out cool air. Louis was able to come to my house on the same day, which was great since I knew with my home warranty company it would be the next day at the earliest. Louis was able to quickly diagnose the problem and then recommended that I check my home warranty first to verify if the issue would be covered. When I asked what the price would be for his diagnosis, he told me no charge. I will definitely be recommending All Valley Air Inc to my family and friends.

They performed the task in a very reasonable amount of time and they were very clean, vacuuming up dust as they worked.
