I highly recommend All Valley Air. This was the second time I used AVA based on a friend’s referral. The quality of work and customer service were above expectations and the price was reasonable. My 20-year old AC unit was making a loud sound so I believe it was time for a new one. Lou sent a technician to check on the unit then he emailed me the quote. The technician was professional as he explained the work he was going to do. On the day of the installation, there were two technicians who took before and after pictures of the unit on the roof. I also got a new thermostat which was very easy to program.

All Valley Air came highly recommended by our contractor, and they were wonderful to work with. Lou is reliable and honest. He came out to give us an assessment of our air conditioner, which we knew was older. He never tried to push anything on us but explained our setup and laid out our options. When our unit did quit, he came out that same day and replaced the unit shortly afterwards. We were very grateful for Lou and his team.

We needed our air conditioner replaced-got a few quotes and All Valley Air was the obvious choice. They are professional and kind. Lou is responsive and organized. Jordan was helpful, punctual, and efficient. We highly recommend this company!

Lou knows what it means to have good customer service. From the beginning he was always responsive, never tried to upsell and had the best pricing by a mile. We needed a whole new unit and he was able to schedule us within days. Even when they ran into an electrical issue mid-install, he made sure we were taken care of and was able to recommend an electrician who came out the very next morning and fixed the issue. The installers were courteous and kept us well informed of the process. I’m so glad I found and chose All Valley Air!

Had All Valley Air install a new heating and AC unit 2 years ago. Very prompt and professional service. Great techs and installers. Price was very good value compared to other quotes and system installed was a name brand, dependable unit. Have had annual system checks and everything is working great. Good company to work with.

I recently had my A/C unit serviced by All Valley Air. They are very professional, very knowledgeable, very prompt and a pleasure to deal with. The tech that came to my house was Jordan he was great. He was so knowledgeable and and answered all of my questions took his time and did a great job. I highly recommend Lou Groner at all Valley Air for all of your A/C and Heating needs.

Fantastic service. Had an A/C emergency last night and they were able to get a technician out to us by the next day. Can't recommend them highly enough! Not only have they always been available to us when we need them and they not only fixed our A/C, but they replaced our old unit with brand new technology, furnace, air handler, etc.

Had AVA Inc change out our AC unit this past June after working with them for nearly a year trying to extend the life of the old unit.
Very impressed with not only the knowledge and advice provided by our technician Jordan, but with the willingness of Lou to meet and beat competitors quotes when we finally decided replacement was necessary.

Had a HVAC issue with our rental property. The homeowner was being a cheap ass and wanting to wait for a warranty service to come out, but the service was not picking up the phone.

The property managers finally sent out the greatest gentleman, Andrew Long from All Valley Air, Inc. He was super professional and got the unit up in running in a couple of hours.

Called Lou last night as my AC was not working, got an appointment for first thing this morning, Andrew arrived timely, diagnosed the issue and had my unit up and running in no time and no upselling, very reasonable price. Thank you All Valley Air for your promptness, fairness and courtesy.

Lou and his team of hardworking professionals are the absolute best in the business! I know there are many choices out there, and no matter what - a costly repair or replacement is stressful for most. I thought our exceptional experience was unique, but no... based on all the comments I'm reading here, it's just the way these guys do business. They are fantastic! You don't find companies like this outside of small towns very often.

Lou was very informative and precise fixing our AC unit. He took his time to answer any questions we had which made us feel even more confident we chose the right company for our HVAC needs. We need more honest and willing to help companies like All Valley Air Inc.

Let me start by saying how great the response time is from the owner Lou. He answers calls day and night and weekends. He had someone come out immediately to take a look and provided us with an amazing price on our two units. He had us scheduled and service completed in less than a week. He uses quality products and there was no surprises. He anticipated needs to replace the units and provided us with a line by line quote. There was no surprise additional costs. His team worked amazing and they kept it so clean. We have kids and dogs and the entire team was so pleasant to everyone. We thought it would take two days but they surprised us with how efficiently they all work and did it all in one day. They never tried to upsell anything and were honest from the beginning. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. They even showed us how to set up our new thermostats and they registered our units for us. They take away all the old parts and left the areas very clean. I would highly recommend All Valley Air to anyone with a/c needs!

Bought a condenser fan motor and had a little bit of an issue getting it hooked up, talked with Eddie on the phone and he was able to walk me through it. I would definitely recommend this place and will use them again next time I have a problem.

O my god with this heat I was in a panic when out unit went out. I was told to call and talk to Eddie and he was awesome! He figured out it was just out capacitor and not our unit!! So helpful!!! Not like the other places I called who tired to just sell me a new unit right away!! Will always check here first!!

I am shocked that customer service exists in this industry. I have fallen victim to the many ac company's out there charging up a storm. This company sold me parts to fix my own ac unit, offered to take calls till 10pm if I needed help, and truly spent time to walk me through the fix. I will never go any place else! Thanks for being so informative.

Outrageous prices and no surprise that they don't take returns once people realize how they are charging 2-4x the price compared to online stores. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for supporting local businesses with a 20% percent markup, especially for urgent items like a capacitor, but 2-4x is just ridiculous and in-store credit is an insult to our intelligence. Even if we remembered that we had in-store credit, what are the odds that we can find the IOU style receipt a few years down the road. What a joke. Why is it that all AC guys seem to be crooks

My AC went out and I had been to this place in the past. He was super helpful and confirmed the solution to my problem. It ended up being a bad capacitor. I would not hesitate getting advice here and DIY before you spend big $$$ to have a technician fix something that might be relatively simple.

When Fergusons and ARS refuses to sell you parts, because you're not on the ROC, and have a company account, Discount A/C Outlet is the place to go! Knowledgeable staff. Had the parts I needed in stock. All of the employees were very helpful, and offered their help to me, even after I left the shop. I will definitely be back for any A/C parts I need in the future. These guys are the absolute best in the Phoenix area!

I normally only write a review when I am disappointed in the service. Today I am writing this review to inform you of what an outstanding company Discount AC is.We drove over an hour to go pick up the AC unit. The price is outstanding of course but the customer service was above and beyond I have ever experienced. I appreciate the extra steps they took to make sure all aspects of my experience with their company would not be forgotten. Thank you Discount AC. I will be referring everyone I know to Discount AC!!!
