Installed a new 4 ton unit on my mom's manufactured home last summer. It runs great. They had exactly what I needed for half the price of any contractor. I went to RSI ten years ago. When I got out I worked for a friend's dad for awhile. I am a pharmacy tech and I was when I went to school. I decided to stick with my job because of the schedule. Thanks for allowing me to put my schooling to work and save my family some money.

The store only takes returns for store credit. My fault should have notice. However they sold me wrong contacter with only 30amp rating in system with 40amp. Stated that was fine it would never draw that much. Price are double what you can buy for at other parts stores.

Arrived just after they opened and there was one customer in front of me. He was needing a condenser fan. The gentleman assisting him explained how it needs to be wired and even offered a cell phone number to this customer that he can text questions and pictures to if he runs into a problem. They had the exact part I needed. Very friendly and customer service forward. Will return for any needs.

One of the best business I've every encountered! Eddy was extremely patient helping to explain to me how to fix my A/C unit and I was able to get back up in running in mere hours, instead of days, and saved thousands of dollars in the process!

We had a estimate of over $2,000 to repair our AC unit from a so-called Good Samaritan company that is supposed to help veterans. With the help of this company I was able to do a do-it-yourself repair for a total of $34. Thank you so much for your assistance..

Eddie really helped me out, i brought in the whole blower assembly, to be sure I’d get the right Moter and fan blade. I thought he would just give me the parts but he took my old motor and fan blade off and put the new motor and fan blade in. Thanks Eddie! I will certainly refer you to any do it yourself or that I meet!

Convenient and informative! I needed a condenser fan motor asap and they had the part in stock and took the time to run me through wiring it properly. Thank you Wayne and Eddie for you excellent customer service and expert advice.

One of my central air systems quit working just in time for the 120 degree temps. Did a little reading and watching you tube videos to determine what the likely problem was to try fixing it myself. I made my guess that it was either the fan motor or a capacitor. Removed two capacitors and took them into Discount A/C Outlet and they were so helpful. They tested both capacitors and told me one was good and one was bad. Bought both capacitors anyway as long as they were out might as well prevent a problem later on. Cost me about $50 and had the old heat pump working again in no time. I would highly recommend Discount A/C to anyone wanting to try a DIY A/C repair. Next time I have an issue this is where I will go again. Thanks for your advice and help guys!!!

With Discount A/C Outlet's help I got a brand new 5 ton Goodman heat pump for $2,050. I paid a crane operator $120 to put it on the roof. I gave a friend of mine $300 to hook it up. So I was able to get a new AC installed for $2,470. You can see I am very happy. So far the AC works great!

After getting a quote from G.B. of $1243.00 to replace a contactor in my air conditioning unit that they sold me I took the 5-minute ride to discount AC outlet. I purchased the contactor from Eddie at an extremely reasonable price. For the price of the contactor, a little elbow grease less than a gallon of gas, and a boo boo to my knee I saved over $1,143.

These guys are fantastic! I never worked on an air conditioner before and know absolutely nothing about them. I told them the problem and they suggested a new part. They even told me that if I had problems installing it, to call and they'd walk me through it. I didn't have to call. When I switched out the part: "WA LA" my ac came on and Momma's happy. These guys saved me hundreds!

Been hassling with service contractors for days and was at my wits end. Walked in to Discount AC Outlet and they had my part in stock at a very fair price. Can't express how happy I am. You've earned a lifetime customer on one visit.

They have helped me 3x now, my Rheem was blowing hot air and the condenser fan was not running. The sold me a hard start kit and it worked great. 5 yrs later same problem, I replaced a fan capacitor, and 8 mos later (today), same problem only they tested the capacitor (fine) and said it was a bad motor. Brought in my old motor, (it was bad) and they trimmed excess wires and mount studs on the new motor and explained how to wire the new motor with the little capacitor it came with. They reinstalled the fan blade on the motor too. Followed their instructions and ac is fine once again. Yes, you can find parts cheaper online, but if you can't wait and are a diy'r like me the extra money is worth their help. I have saved $600 by not having a repairman come out and fix this ac..

My blower wheel started vibrating on my home AC. Easy repair, ordered it online. It came in promptly then I installed it. Guess what? Vibration was worse! Blower wheel was defective! Called up discount ac, drove over with the part and had them verify the problem. sold me a new blower wheel and installed it for me at a fair price. I just installed it, it is whisper quite again. Don't hesitate to call, they are very easy to talk to and eager to help.

Wow!! Amazing talent and attention to detail. Parts were in Stock, configured at the counter for my specifics, installation instructions were given, maintenance guidelines were reminded of, all in all a friendly thoroughly enjoyable experience with a perfect outcome at a low, low price. I saved over $1,000 by doing it all myself. Hats off to the entire team especially Eddie. ♦♦THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!♦♦ Simply put, they saved me hundreds of dollars and made the repairs on my AC unit a breeze! I was back up and running in under an hour. Incredible! This is the 2nd time I've visited Discount A/C Outlet and would HIGHLY recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else having AC troubles. Eddie - you da man! Thanks again for your help today! Everything is back to normal. Eddie swapped out my motor, reattached my fan blade, hooked up the new parts (wires and all), and explained in very simple terms how to get everything setup correctly once I was home. Amazing customer service. Great on the phones and great in person!

Eddie at Discount AC Outlet saved me $2,000.00, and knows their products and helped me find an Amana roof top unit, that is a great value, works great, and included the new high efficiency in door motor that is offered on other brands for a premium. For my business I will always use Discount AC Outlet.
Thank you Eddie and Discount AC Outlet.

I paid a local, SRP-recommended A/C firm $69.95 for a maintenance check on my 14-year-old Trane system. They determined that I needed to replace two capacitors ($245 and $295) and the condenser fan motor ($695). I ordered the two capacitors from Amazon (total $56) ; it took me longer to take them out of the packaging than it took me to install them. I bought the fan motor from Eddie at the Discount A/C Outlet for $269. Eddie patiently explained to me how to replace the worn-out motor with the new one. I went home and in less than one hour I have a fully functioning A/C system. It's great for us consumers who don't want to get screwed by commissioned A/C repair people!!! I hope Eddie and the Discount A/C Outlet stay in business as long as I live in the Valley of the Sun 'cause I want them to be around when I need them again.
