Greg installed 2 mini split units on my house in mesa.
He Did a great job and now my garage and addition are ice cold.

Greg came out today to repair our thermostat to handler issue. He was very informative, clean and fixed the problem very quickly. I am happy we called The Cooling Guy to get our AC back on, especially with how hot it is getting lately!

Greg was great. He showed up early and was able to fix our unit very quickly. No up selling and also gave us some good tips. He was honest and he will try to repair before replace.

Greg did an excellent job diagnosing my A/C unit.
He was able to replace parts on it, extending the life of my unit.
Other companies only were interested in selling a new unit, but Greg was happy to fix my existing one.
When it comes time to replace it, I know who to call.

This company has awesome integrity. I won’t be specific, because I don’t want to put people’s business out there, but I saw them do a really nice thing for someone in need on Facebook. It’s businesses like these that we need to support, because they are the first to give back to the community when in need, or at least try. I will definitely be calling them next time I’m in need of AC service, and will highly recommend to others.

When i spoke to Lou. He told me he was booked for the whole day but that he would still come out. I have Been in a hotel for a couple days and he was the only that came out. He was really respectful and kind. He did everything quick and let me know know what was wrong within 30 min. Thank you so much !!!

Outdoor fan burned up at noon @116degrees. Lou, was out and had it fixed for me by 6PM. Great service, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. 100% recommend

Arizona is a desert and all valley air makes sure your personal oasis stays that way. I lost my air and it was over 100°. No one was willing to come out or help or wanted to charge a ridiculous fee. Not them they helped me over the phone trouble shoot my air so my family didnt have to suffer. Kind professional and the owner Lou is a super hero who wants to make sure your taken care of. Words can't describe how grateful I am. Customers for life.

Great service with replacing both my air handler and ground unit during the summer months in Az. All of the staff I have encountered are courteous and easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone with ac issues.

Had an intermittent issue I wanted to check out so I called Lou late afternoon. He was able to swing by my house in short order. Came within 10 minutes of calling! I explained what was happening and he quickly checked to see if there were any issues. Everything checked out good and he didn't try to sell me a part I really didn't need and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Great service. Thank you!
