My family loves using plumb vine! Dylon the plumber has done multiple jobs for us and all have gone seamlessly. He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and doesn’t try to charge an arm and a leg. Having a leak can be nerve wracking, but Dylon has always been reliable. He has fixed our ice machine when it had a leak, he replaced our garbage disposal, and he has completely fixed our reverse osmosis tank and filter system. He is excellent and we recommend plumb vine whenever someone we know needs any plumbing work! Thank you!

I was really impressed with the work that Plumbing Vine did for us. We had a busted pipe way back in our attic crawl space. I called Plumbing Vine (referred to us by a friend) around 4pm on a Saturday and left a message. Kyle called back within minutes, listened to our problem, and scheduled a plumber to come out by 5:30 that day. Chris came out on time, crawled through the difficult space, diagnosed the problem and solution, and sent the info to Kyle for an estimate. The estimate was fair, especially considering it was a weekend and difficult to get to, and Kyle communicated thoroughly throughout the process. Chris worked in the dark to complete the repairs to our satisfaction, providing pictures and video of the problem and repair. I would definitely go back to Plumbing Vine for any future plumbing repairs.

I know Dylon and Kyle personally, they always do such amazing and clean work. They are dedicated and hard working, kind, and considerate. They always leave the spaces they work on better than when they showed up. It truly is awesome what they do. They answer any and all questions with thought out answers, but not the kind that leave you feeling dumbfounded. They explain everything in a way that you understand exactly what they will be doing. They provide very detailed estimates and spare no details. They provide pictures of the work they’ve done as well. If you want great plumbers, Dylon, Kyle, and Plumbing Vine are it!

I recently had the opportunity to use Plumb Vine. I had a water leak in the postage-stamp size front yard of a condo I own. It is jammed with every utility you can imagine (Arizona 811 had been called).
The Plumb Vine technician was able to come out the same day that I called. I was quickly given a reasonable quote. And they were able to start the job the next day. The technician seemed highly qualified and very experienced. He was able to avoid ALL the utilities in the yard. I was not able to be at the condo for most of the work. I was kept informed (via text) of every step of the way. This job required that the water be turned off for approximately 2 hours. I was kept informed of that part of the job as well. The yard was put back together as good as you can expect from that was entirely hand trenched. All surrounding areas (neighbor's driveway etc.) were cleaned up as if no one had been there.

When I have my next plumbing problem, I will be using Plum Vine again. They are a very competent outfit. Easy to work with and reasonable.

This was the first time I had ever employed the services of Plumb Vine Plumbing and I was not disappointed in the least. Kyle K. kept me informed at every stage of the project: receiving an estimate, confirming the appointment, alerting me to Mike’s impending arrival, touching base during the job, receiving an invoice and then a receipt for payment. Their “tech” communications and customer service were next level and I haven’t even gotten to their plumbing skills yet!! I felt they offered a very fair and competitive price.

At our main home, I had them reseat a toilet that I’d suspected had some problems underneath it, which it did. Mike, an experienced plumber, took care of it like rolling off a log.

At our rental home, we had a more serious problem with considerable sludge blockage in the main line under the house. I was dreading the estimate on it, but it was quite reasonable. Mike was able to clear the line the next morning with a high speed water device called a jetter, I think it was. 😉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I highly recommend using this company. I will use them again without a moment’s hesitation.

They have me as a customer for life. Kyle was an incredible communicator, and the techs were all knowledgeable, informative, and none of them tried to pressure me into unnecessary work. After the first tech came out and found a design flaw from the people who “flipped” my house, Kyle asked to send someone to follow up free of charge to explore all of my options to find the cheapest and most effective route to solve my problem. I’ll never use another plumber again.
