Irontree was able to solve a long term and difficult sewer problem for our apartment community. They worked with us on getting the repairs done on a very tight schedule and brought all of the manpower needed to get the work done in the timeframe we had without sacrificing quality. We reviewed, met with and bid several companies with different repair technologies, but Irontree clearly had the most experience and best approaches.

We used to spend a huge percentage of our manpower on sewer issues each month, but since Irontree completed our repairs over three years ago we have not had any issues whatsoever, and further inspections show the work still looks and performs great.

Like other people have commented on the reviews for this company, I just had one of their drivers doing some very aggressive driving on Ironwood Drive here in Queen Creek at 11:30 AM on 3–23-26. I didn’t actually use them for their plumbing, but when you have the company name on a vehicle, you are reflection of that company while you’re out and about doing business under their name. Super aggressive driver!!!

I was just tailed and then flipped off by one of their technicians on Higley road in Gilbert. I will never ever use this company.

I tried 2 days in a row to get them to come out and they are a no call no show. Very unreliable company don’t bother with them.

No call, no show. Now nobody will answer the phone. Voicemail is not set up, that's weird. Yeah I'll look elsewhere.

Junk company that flat out lies when they will be there and will even tell you they are on their way and then never show. They take forever to get back to you which at this point is no surprise. Hopefully bankruptcy can take this business down ASAP

These guys like to tailgate you on the 202 when you're already over the limit. Ford pickup company labeled truck. Documented on dashcam. Give some damn space or go around!

4 appointments scheduled no called no showed. Man come on guys, this isn’t cool. Just not professional at all. I would respect it more if you guys just told me you weren’t coming. I took 4 days off of work to be here, and didn’t show.

USA Plumbing was starting a project on our Mesa residential private street this morning. I stopped by and asked the foreman to please place some safety cones to identify their work area. There is a lot of vehicle and foot traffic - narrow street. The foreman said code did not require any and that they do do this. Obviously he has not had any safety training. It is apparent USA Plumbing has no Safety Program in place. Buyer beware as you look for a plumbing contractor. Rating of "0" was not an option

We had a great experience with Issac. He diagnosed the issue over the phone with me. Came out right away and changed out the gas controller on our hot water heater. We are back with hot water. He was professional, courteous and quick!
