My family and I cannot express how AMAZING Master Rooter is and their staff! We had an issue with our sink line and Master Rooter was out that day. After a few days of trying to assess the problem, Master Rooter was able to identify the problem and assisted us through the process from beginning to end. Their team, went above and beyond. Tim, Alex, Justin, Ryan, Chris, Marqueen, Ronnelle in the office (I apologize if I did not spell your name correctly) and Luis are just a few to name that worked with us and were there for us (I apologize for some that I am forgetting). The crew were always on time, they were very professional and they almost became somewhat family for the week(s) that they were repairing our home. We HIGHLY recommend this company!! The management team were also AMAZING and very supportive! One thing we will say, is that we were not impressed with Copper State, and if I had one piece of advice it would be to seek out a separate mitigation company as well as for the rebuild process. Despite our negative experience with Copper State, that did not hinder our wonderful and positive experience with Master Rooter! If I could give Master Rooter a higher review than 5 stars I would! AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!

We called Master Rooter because our 3 yr old flushed a sock down the toilet. It flooded our bathroom and hallway so we needed next day service. I was so pleased they were able to come out the next day and were very cost effective. James was very knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to do a bunch of other work like other companies will find and try to sell you on. I was so impressed with how friendly and professional he was. Thank you so much James. We'll definitely be calling him to finish some other work we need done.

Really have to give Master Rooter 5 stars for everything! Especially for Sam! They were always on top of communicating and making sure we knew everything that was happening/what they were fixing. I am confident that this company will get your job done right :)

Approximately 6 months ago I had a palm tree uproot my plumbing in the backyard of my home. I was referred to this company to fix the problem. After coming out to my backyard and analyzing the problem, they said that my pipes were clogged and needed lining….shame on myself for not getting a second opinion. They came out and told me it would be a three to four day job to fix the pipes and line the proper pipes. They took camera work and said they were sure they had solved the problem and the quote was $23,500. After ten days they said everything was fixed with pictures of everything underground, they turned all the pipes on and lined one wrong pipe and sealed it, flooding my garage and laundry room and destroying it. They then said they made a mistake and said they would fix it, they fixed the laundry room and said it would take 5 days but it took 2 months. During that time they fixed the wall in my laundry room but also disconnected the washer dryer and alarm system. They had to come back and redo the walls again, they again said everything was fixed after three months and then the toilets clogged up again. They came out AGAIN then said they needed auguring and it would cost $650. Two weeks later the bathrooms were not working again…so I called another company, Parker and sons, who came out with a camera and said the other company blocked off 3 pipes that did not need to be blocked. Jason the owner of master rooter lied to me at least 6 times. To trust him would be like trusting the devil. Parker and sons fixed the problem 2 months ago and everything is working perfect. I have proof from two plumping contractor that they scammed me. That being said, if you want to get your plumbing messed up, call Jason at master rooter and waste your money. This is mine and other experts opinions that know what they’re doing. More next week.

Thank you, Master Rooter, for always being timely. We had an emergency water leak to which they responded quickly.

Ryan was amazing. He was courteous, quick and friendly. We had a drain issue late at night and Ryan was there within 30 min of calling he got everything cleared out and working within 45. Fast, professional and affordable. I will definitely be using their services if I ever need again in the future.

On the fence how many stars. Quick break down of why 1. I’m going assume the were honest, which is absolutely not a given for multiple reasons.

Minus 2 stars for multiple leaks found in their work, if not briefly inspected multiple times by home owners son, would have caused major issue. $11k worth of work, didn’t instantly include all new valves ($10 part folks) in effected areas, is beyond me. One of them was bad & absolutely should have been replaced during initial work. Further, they leave work site absolutely unsafe for the elderly, which is who was inhabiting the home.

Minus 2 more stars because these people are either in on a scam with Copper State Home Builders/repair, or they choose to knowingly do business/bring in a really bad company for “renovation”. Copper State is nothing short of evil, dishonest, and arguably fraudulent. Family made final payment to Master Rooter today. Copper State remains uncooperative & without revealing our cards, will likely turn into a long battle. If Master Rooter tries to bring in Cooper State, RUN & sign nothing. Go read reviews for Copper State, they know what they’re doing. If Master Rooter genuinely doesn’t know the type of business they’re partnered with, that’s still negative 2 stars. This situation has no joke altered my parents lives permanently.

Not the best in my book. 1st impressions definitely stand out. However I had a service tech come to my house to check my tanless water heater for a code 11. Suggestion was there might be air in the line and then was told the tech boss says it needs to be rebuilt. All this without even touching the water heater. Called another plumbing company, they opened it up and said rods needed cleaning and service my water heater for a great price. No issues since. If a tech comes out and doesn't investigate the issue and suggests something, I would not trust them. Nice guy, but didn't seen knowledgeable and kept saying he hated tankless water heater.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Master Rooter ! I had shopped around with 4 different plumbing companies for some plumbing work I needed done. After careful consideration I chose to go with Master Rooter. I paid them $1050.00 to hydro jet all my lines to help determine what I needed to have done. The tech left and was supposed to send a quote for the repairs. For the next 3 weeks I texted the technician a number of times, emailed the office and called the office requesting that the quote be sent over so I could get scheduled for the repairs. 3 and a half weeks later my plumbing issue became urgent and I was forced to call out another company. After their free camera inspection they were able to verify the repairs that needed to be done and said they saw no evidence that Jetting was even done in the bathroom at all and that the laundry line looked like something had went through but didn’t appear to have been jetted. I was able to get a quote from them within 15 minutes of him leaving my house and was able to get the repairs done the very next day. Master Rooter eventually sent their quote which was $1300 more than what I paid with the new company to fix my bathroom line and $3,900 more to fix my laundry line. Not happy with Master Rooter at all. The company I ended up using and highly recommend is Gorge Brazil! I can’t speak highly enough of their customer service and professionalism. I wish I would have gone with them as my first choice and saved myself $1050!

Donny at Master Rooter is the most unprofessional individual I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I had an external drain clean out that was starting to back up. I had this company come out in March and they had recommended hydro jetting the line. We were told if the hydro jetting did not work the full amount would be credited to the rest of the work being done is what we were told by Mike. Then Donny comes around and tells us no. He only applied the full amount when we had pulled up text message from Mike stating what we were already told. We had them come out and hydro jet just for them to jet the line THE WRONG WAY into my home. They jetted through the master bathroom shooting feces from the line into my bathroom covering the walls of the bathroom and shower wall. I come home from work to find a trash bag with my personal towels that they used to “clean up” and then proceeded to leave the trash bag in my driveway. Which we mentioned to Donny and he brushed it off not even a sorry. We were quoted $2,550 for the total work to cut out the piece of line that was damaged. When they started digging we discovered there is no broken line and that we are on septic. (Bought the house when we were 21 and this information was never disclosed to us.) This company also did not know we were on septic even though we have had them out multiple times for the same issue. We had asked if it changed the price since the situation has changed and Donny immediately was not happy. We had a septic company comes out that was recommended by Master Rooter who also did nothing but waste our time. It came to the point where if I’m already unhappy with the work that has been done I couldn’t imagine myself being happy with the final results. These men were walking through my home without shoes coverings. Left their trash in my back yard. And even had to use my shovels when digging as though they didn’t bring any knowing they were digging. We did pause work and try to get a second opinion, but not before we receive a message from Donny stating we should go our separate ways. Donny changed when we started to ask for the documents we signed and what each thing they were doing was going to be costing. Not to mention to pay all of this money for a 2 year warranty seems insane to me. I’ve been going back and forth on if I want to call the BBB about this company. They seem like they have no idea what they’re doing or talking about, but they have no issue hitting you with thousands of dollars to “repair”. Please do not use this company. Keep calling around I promise you’ll find a company that is transparent with you and isn’t over charging for sub par work.

I’m a local contractor and small business owner with the HIGHEST standards. These folks are excellent. I had a major sewer break just a week before Christmas, and got a referral to Master Rooter from a plumber I’ve used for years. They got me scheduled ASAP. I found them to be ethical, polite to a man, and excellent at what they do. Can’t say enough good things about Alex and his team. They gave my project their blood, sweat and tears. Great communication (how rare is that)! Special mention to Roman, Luis and Donny…but again, everyone from Master Rooter who came to my house was helpful, polite and really cared about doing right by their customers. Alex is a superstar. I’ll be referring all my customers to them. Great work!

We recently had Master Rooter come out to do an install and replace a pump in our basement. It took the Service tech "Oscar" 3 evenings to complete the work (because he didn't bring the proper supplies) and at $1,700 he did not clean up his work (Shavings/old pipe and black fingerprints left behind) AND the following day the joints were leaking. We called Oscar and let him know of the leak and he was "coming right over". By the late afternoon, and several texts back and forth Oscar was not coming, but would be out the following day and he would reach out to us with his schedule. NO CALL/TEXT/SHOW UP. There was supposed to be a 2-year workmanship guarantee (although not on their paperwork ~ per Oscar "it's a state law"). This should be clear and concise on their paperwork. We would not refer this company to others. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

We had Master Rooter out to my mother's house for busted pipes. This is the place to call if you have any plumbing issues.
We dealt with Donny & he is great. Everyone from Donny to techs he had out working on this issue were the best. They were all so respectful & did great work. They kept it organized & clean. I would recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues. ⭐️

Shout out to Master Rooter Plumbing! I messaged Martin Alvarez at 11am to get a quote to fix a leak at our main valve shut-off. He had someone at our home within hours and did it for less than another quote we received. Great customer service provided while supporting one of our neighbors! Thanks, Martin!

My name is Gina and Ryan was sent over for an estimate due to a back up. The snake would't work so we discussed Jetting the pipe. Ryan made an appointment that day for the jetter to come out. When the jetter arrived so did Ryan. Ryan explained everything, when the camera went into the pipe it was found my pipe had collapsed. Ryan showed me the camera view and he helped me on how to move forward. Ryan came out again when the mitigation guy arrived to help with any questions or concerns. Ryan, Matt and John ended up replacing all my cast iron pipe to the main. They had to start at my laundry room through my kitchen and the the crew had to tunnel from my basement under my house and out to the pool decking. As dirty as the job was Ryan's crew took every step to keep my house as clean as possible. Ryan and his crew were polite, courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable and I was at ease. Ryan found a few other little things wrong at which he went out of his way to fix. I could not have been more thankful for this crew of men. I have already referred them to my neighbor and I will continue to recommend them especially Ryan and his crew. Thank you guys. Gina

Called this morning and they refused to service my home because they said they don't do mobile homes which doesn't make sense because my manufactured home is in a high-end gated community, is inset and comes with external plumbing and access just like a sticks and bricks home. The guy who answered the phone said his boss would call me which he never did. Unprofessional and pretty dumb on their part to pass up an easy job. Obviously, they don't know what they are talking about if they pass up things this easy.

Thank you for the professionalism. You were at my house on time and each team that showed up at my house did their job and left their work space as clean as they found it. I would recommend you to anyone that needs your services.
