They didn’t have what I needed in stock, but they took the time to find out which of their other locations had it, and directed me there. I was treated very nicely, and offered something to drink, and a bag of popcorn! 😉

This is the second time we've used Master Router and had James out to work on our kitchen drain. The office staff is fantastic. James has always been professional and responsive, on time, provided fair negotiations, honest opinions and quotes, and very friendly. We'll always suggest Master Router and use them every time we have plumbing questions.

Was extremely impressed by Master Rooter! We tried unsuccessfully to install a shower valve for 3 days and ended up calling Master Rooter at 2am. They had someone out at about 730am. James the technician was very personable and honest, not only did he fix the shower but also did our shut off valve out front. Price was exactly as quoted. We are happy no more leaks!

Everything about master rooter was great. Justin promptly came out after calling the company and provided honest, good value and excellent service to quickly fix our issue. Will definitely use them again if we run into another issue.

I highly recommend asking for Andrew! The person that originally came to my house was not available so Andrew was assigned to do the repair work the next day and I was so thankful that he was sent instead. My job turned out to be much larger than what was originally thought, he took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understood and looked for ways to save time and money. He and his apprentice were friendly, professional and left me feeling comfortable and confident in the work that needed to be done. I don't know that I would have proceeded with the additional work if it had not been for him, thank you!

I got on the phone with Master Rooter's and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes.

It's not about being perfect, but rather how a business reacts to a problem that matters. I called Master Rooter after finding them on Google on Memorial Day weekend. Surprisingly they sent a guy over to clear my kitchen drain that day. He didn't have the tools he needed so he rescheduled the work for the next day. The next day was a total disaster but we'll keep it at that. No call, no show. On the third day, a different tech showed up and discovered the issues I've been having with them and admitted they had dropped the ball. They ended up clearing and jetting my drain for no charge at all. Definitely not what I expected but it was appreciated. Thanks guys, I'll always recommend Master Rooter in the future because they handled a potential disaster like pros and made it right.

Ryan and his team are the best! My tenant called me on Thanksgiving day and reported water was backing up from ALL the faucets, tubs, sinks. I called my home warranty company for emergency and they came the next day. They spotted that a sewer line in the backyard was broken and roots were clogging the pipe. However, they charged ridiculously high price and also pushed me for an option to use a tractor and take down the wall against the alley, which would cost extra to rebuild the wall after the work.

Ryan came over the next day right after we called him for a free estimate. He explained all the procedure and offered to do the work without taking down the wall and promised to repair any irrigation if broken during their work. Cost was reasonable. The work was done in a day and a half. His team dug more than what's in the contract but didn't charge extra. He also offered to come back next year to check the condition of the pipe for free.

Replacing pipes is not an enjoyable job but I am glad to work with Ryan. I will call him whenever I have a plumbing issue. Thanks Ryan!

I can't rave enough over this company and our Service Technician Bobby. He was so nice, knowledgeable and personable. Never been so thankful ..it was a frustrating couple of weeks dealing with a clogged kitchen sink. You never know how much you take for granted till something so simple and you don't have it.
Truly if you have any issues with plumbing please don't wait and try to fix yourself. Call these guy's

Really grateful for the expertise and experience of Fernando Espriu, Project Manager. He expertly scoped and then laid liner in both of our main plumbing lines after challenges with both lines. If you need/choose to lay liner in your lines, he’s the absolute expert.

Master Rooter is a dynamic plumbing company. 18 yr old water heater stopped working. Master Rooter took care of us through financing a new water heater. Prices are much better than their competitors. Their technician, Joe Olson was the best repairman I have ever used and I would highly recommend him to do your plumbing. Fantastic company from top to bottom. Kudos Joe and Master Rooter. You guys ROCK

Donny was amazing. He came out and educated me on various plumbing issues and upgrades I could make to my house. Was generous with his time. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

James was my technician and he did an outstanding job! He was clear and concise on what he could do, what my options were, was well organized, thorough in his work and results were as advertised! I now have bathroom and shower drains that drain as if they were new, looks like I have 'tornadoes' as the water is flowing down the drain. Service was on time and work was done faster than I had expected. I highly recommend Master Rooter for plumbing services! Thank you!

An honest repair service. I was very satisfied! $39 for sink unclog.😃

Woke up to main drain backing up into the tub. Call these guys and they were here in an hour and a half as promised. Justin got to work and found a solid blockage. He began to snake the drain with no luck breaking it up. He gave every effort to break this stubborn thing up. He recommended to perform kind of a power wash on the drain pipe. After getting the proper equipment he returned and promptly broke up that clog. They followed up with a complete camera inspection to assure this would not give us further issues.
Great, professional , and prompt service. Thanks to these guys.
UPDATE
After all of the above, they found the issue was much worse, in that the pipe to the main sewer drain was collapsed all the way under the street to the city drain. They helped me through the process of engaging the city, and hopefully this gets resolved later today, with the city replacing the portion under the street.
