I highly recommend Master Rooter. I had what I thought was a leak in my wall. Called them at 5am and they sent a tech out within 2 hours.
James called and gave me an ETA. He arrived on time, super friendly and respectful. He researched the issue and found it was no issue at all. My suspected leak was the water heater dispensing water from its cycle thru one of the drain pipes.. 4 years in the home and I never heard it before.
Feeling super silly I expected a large service fee but wasn't charged at all.
Blew me away.
These guys are the best. Professional, responsive, honest and clearly have the customer in mind. Integrity is hard to come by these days.
Master Rooter will be my first and only call for all my plumbing needs.

Hard to find good trusting help these days it seems, but Master Rooter surprised me. I had a collapsed Main Drain under my house. Ryan was the first one on site to help me understand what needed to happen. His communication was unmatched and every single guy that came to help dig out and replace my drain had a great work ethic and respected my place. The project got done in a timely manner and they helped me work through to cost as I just bought the house. For sure ask for Ryan if you have some plumbing issues. He'll make sure it gets don't right. Appreciate the work guys!

I was concerned about damage to the rerouted plumbing on my roof caused by the recent microburst. Since Master Rooter was the one who did the work, I called them to come inspect it for damage. They came out right away , inspected the plumbing and reported that all was okay. I can rest easy now.
They did it at no charge.

I am never going to use this company just because of how they drive! On the 179 south of Sedona around 12:00 on 2/5/25. Going around 85 in a 55mph. Swerving onto the bike lane. On and off the side of the road. The trailer he had didnt have tail or brake lights working and a front headlight was out. Seeing thats how they drive on small roads i dont want them ANYWHERE near my house or plumbing.

James is awesome! He was so timely, considerate and let me see what was happening. Also changed out some poor fitting pipes he noticed. Many thanks James for helping so quick :)

Master Rooter is outstanding. I called because my toilet wouldn't flush correctly; James arrived, diagnosed and fixed it quickly, and then asked if anything else needed attention. I told him my sink overflowed when turned on — he inspected and took care of that as well. Their prices are competitive, the team takes real pride in their work, and everyone is kind and conscientious.

We were having issues with our pipe in the wall in our kitchen, but didn’t know the extent of the damage. I called the office and office staff was so courteous and friendly. Seems like they really put your anxieties at ease. This company doesn’t charge “trip charges” and don’t lie to you about what’s going on. Once the claim was in process I called Master Rooter and they came over quickly to assess the damage. Alex, was straight forward with me and let me know what to expect. His team consisted of Roman and Robert they came over and started opening up the walls to see what’s happened. The fixed it like the professionals they are as promptly as they could. These issues sometimes take time so they asked for patience and I had all understanding that “it’s a process”. I definitely wanted it done right. Roman, Robert and Alex were respectful of our home and cleaned up when they needed to. Very friendly and answered questions as they could. I’m so pleased with their work and I will be referring them to my friends and family for as long as I live. They are a prime example of how a company should work together !! 5 Starts PLUS! Highly recommend Jason and his team at Master Rooter! For my new home I needed to do a full new sewer line overall to the main sewer. Jason was able to share with me the best and worst case pricing prior to the closing of the home. While it ended up being the worse case, I was prepared and felt confident to get the work done. The project was completed on time and as discussed. The whole team worked extremely hard and were respectful and had great communication! You can't go wrong working with this organization!

They were super quick to respond and get someone out to help us (as we’re preparing to close on our property & needed things done asap). They have been very communicative & informative from beginning to end. We were given an estimate timeframe of arrival and the plumber was punctual. Thank you for helping us & working so quickly. I have had the pleasure of working with S3 plumbing twice when our home warranty sent them for water heater repair and to repair our toilet. Sultan did a great job fixing my plumbing issues. He was thorough in investigating the source of the leak. I am not an expert on plumbing, but it is clear that he did not do a lazy job fixing both leaks. One of the pipes was pvc and the other was copper. He clearly knows how to work with various types of materials. He also seems like a very nice person. I would definitely seek his services again.

We had S3 Plumbing come by to fix our master bathroom shower faucet. Sultan was very friendly and was easily able to fix our faucet! He went above and beyond and asked if there was anything else we needed and lo and behold we found a cracked pipe underneath our sink. He worked with our home warranty company and replaced the entire pipe under the sink. Sultan was very friendly, professional and efficient. If we ever need plumbing needs in the future we will be sure to reach out to S3 Plumbing and ask for Sultan!

S3 Plumbing was great! Sultan was here the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, clean and didn't leave until he was sure everything was in working order. I will be using S3 Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward.

If i could leave more stars, i would!!! I called S3 plumbing after our water heater went out after coming home from work. Long after most plumbing companies close. I saw that he was 24/7, and he came right over and got to work! Knew what the problem was right away. Turned out we had a pretty big leak in the house from the damaged water heater. He was also able to call a restoration company to come out right away as well! It was such a relief. We’ve had plumbing problems before, and been given the run around with them having to leave and come back, but S3 plumbing stayed until almost 2am to install a new water heater and made sure the job was complete. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything he was doing, and what we could do to ensure the longevity of our new water heater. Not once did he attempt to oversell us on something we didn’t need. He ensured us that if we ever needed anything , to give him a call and he would come back. Overall, we are very thankful for S3 plumbing. And will be using S3 plumbing for any other future needs.

He did such an amazing job with installing and updating my water softener and water softener connections that I requested him to come back out when I needed a new faucet and garbage disposal.
