JOSH was so amazing. He was very open truthful. Transparent about what telling me what needed to be done. He explained it so I had a Clear idea of what repair work on my drains needed. So far only have estimate on it. But feel like I can trust him.

I called The Plumber as I had a leak with main water line. The Plumber contacted me immediately and arrived at my home within 30 minutes. Matthew explained what was causing the leak and explained what repair would entail and cost. I figured he would have to come back but was prepared to do repair immediately. Extremely satisfied with quality of work. Thank you for taking such good care of my home.

This team is absolutely outstanding. One of my tenants called with an emergency leak and out of the 10 to 15 Plumbing establishments this one was the only one to call me back.

We made an appointment the next day and bless my tenant they were unable to answer the door at the time, Josh and Kris were so flexible.

They went and worked on another project and came right back to my house since getting in was an issue.

Kris fixed everything and the clean up was amazing, it looks like nothing was wrong to begin with.

They were so sweet, flexible, patient and so professional.

Have to give a shout out to Sam Dietz! What a great job replacing our kitchen faucet and reverse osmosis system! The RO system was an unexpected fix and was done with exceptional care. He explained everything along the way and was very personable and professional. If you have any plumbing issues, you need to call The Plumber first because their customer service is top-notch. This is rare nowadays and is what matters.

The company was hired to re-pipe the hot water line which broke underground. Kris was professional and very knowledgeable of the work to be performed and efficient. His approach to have a minimal amount of holes in wall to perform work was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for their work and honesty and quick response to fix the problem. Kris did an excellent job fixing our bathroom after we had issues caused by root intrusion. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what was going on and how he planned to fix it. The work was done thoroughly and efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since.

Not only was Chad Allen skillful in his craft, he showed up professionally dressed, was clean with his work and went above and beyond when he went with me to get the parts! So helpful! We talked over my options which were too expensive for my shower valve replacement. Then he suggested a compromise and I never felt hustled.
He made a stressful situation tolerable and was friendly to boot. I'd recommend Chad and The Plumber any day!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! If you are needing anything plumbing related you don't need to look any further! We had a leak in our bathroom which we ended up needing a new tub/shower installed and from start to finish this team was so helpful, knowledgeable and just all around so nice to work with in a not so great situation! No bad things to say at all!

Stratton was very knowledgeable and helped me better understand my water heater. I had previously received a quote to fully replace my water heater from another vendor but was skeptical if that was needed. Stratton was honest and informed me that that was not necessary. If you are looking for honesty and transparency I 100% recommend The Plumber.

Chad did a great job of describing and recommending the appropriate water softener for our house. In the process we discovered an unexpected emergency and Chad had other qualified technicians on site quickly helping us navigate the steps to repair. Very happy overall with The Plumber organization.

Stratton and the team he worked with to take care of our pipe re-lining project were professional and detail oriented. They communicated with me through every stage of the project, and always came to me immediately when the unexpected occurred. We had multiple issues that were all addressed as they worked through the project, and we addressed things in a way that will prevent bigger problems down the road. The finished result was excellent and should keep our building in good shape for years to come. The price was reasonable (I checked!) and the results were exactly what we were promised. I am happy to recommend The Plumber for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Sam was amazing. He is friendly, while at the same time professional. Upon arriving he got straight to work and continued till the job was done. We had quite a bit done and it took him less than 4 hours to complete. At the same, every interaction throughout the day he had with us was most pleasant. Sam is an awesome plumber! In just a couple hours he replaced a faucet, angle stops and maintained 2 water heaters, replacing the anode rods on both. He also got my garbage disposal working like new and gave me many tips! He knows his craft and has really great customer service skills. He answered all of my many questions and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The Plumber AZ turned an unfortunate water issue into as positive an experience as it could be. They responded quickly and were helpful with managing our issue and damage, as well as doing our repairs. They really went above and beyond. Sam was a great technician and Josh was fabulous as well in coordinating everything we needed. Highly recommend.
