After hearing horror stories in our 50-year-old neighborhood and having a frank talk with my insurance agent, we decided to do preventive maintenance to our fresh water pipes. After getting bids, we chose relining over repiping because it seemed less intrusive and a better technology overall, not to mention a little cheaper. Ray and his crew from Pipeliners worked expertly, showing me each step of the process. They were gracious and friendly. For natural reasons, cold weather slowed the process a bit, but in less than four days, the job was done and the house left squeeky clean with new hose bibs, valves and taps, and most important, security against expensive leaks. We did find it more convenient to stay elsewhere during the process. Besides having no ready available water, the many hoses and valve pigs presented a hazard for walking around.

Rolando and Isaac are very knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. They did an awesome job and kept us appraised of their progress during the entire job. I would highly recommend Pipeliners.

After an inspection of our 72 year old sewer line we were told it was in bad shape and the plumber suggested doing a pipe bursting technique that would require busting through the concrete slab to do the job. We decided to have On Services give a second opinion and they suggested having the sewer drain lined instead and at a much cheaper price than what the bursting would have cost. Rolando and Isaac from Pipeliners came out to do the job and got it done in two days. They both did a great job and were very good at telling me what they were doing. The liner should last 50 years so this 73 year old shouldn't have to worry about the drain line anymore.

Our home was built in 1964, and we recently discovered that our pipes were in terrible condition. We were extremely worried—not only about the extent of the problem but also about what options were available to us and whether we could afford them. In a time when it often feels like companies are only focused on making money, our experience with Pipeliners was the exact opposite.

What we found instead was patience, genuine help, and high-quality work.

In our household, two of us live with disabilities, and Rolando and Isaac were incredibly respectful of our request to keep noise to a minimum. We understand this was a big ask given the nature of the work, but they did their best to accommodate us—and they truly made it work. Rolando always took the time to check in before leaving each day to see if we had any questions or concerns.

Each day, after completing their work, Rolando and Isaac left the area clean and clearly explained the next steps, including when they would return and what to expect. Their professionalism and communication were consistent and appreciated.

The owner, Luke, was also excellent. He was always available to answer questions—even if it meant repeating answers more than once. He understood that I sometimes needed extra clarity, and he never made me feel rushed or dismissed.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Pipeliners to anyone looking for a non-invasive, thorough, and supportive solution for pipe issues. Their team truly went above and beyond for us.

Jake and team lined our sewer lines and they are 90 years old. It was a very difficult job requiring real expertise. Jake and Nathan in fact, the whole team, impressed with their professionalism and the way they did what they said they would do—give us better than new pipelines. We now sleep better and know that we can host Thanksgiving for everyone without worrying. True professionals. And good people.

Pipeliners did amazing work repairing our complicated mess of sewer lines in our 1920s craftsman home. Luke and Brian were great in communicating to us the scope of the job and scheduling the work, and came back to address some concerns we had before work began. They came up with a great solution to replace most of the old existing pipe to our tub, toilet and sink, and run liner through the pipe under the house to our main sewer section outside. This allowed us to keep our original hardwood floors in one piece and keep overall demolition in the house to a minimum. The techs Nate, Rhett, and Owen were careful with our old home while completing the work and are very knowledgeable and thorough in their process. Nate gave us a full rundown of everything they found and did afterwards. They quickly came back to replace some leaking angle stops for us as well at our request, and were very reasonable on price. They state they don’t specialize in traditional plumbing, but are skilled in the practices, and were able to get us all taken care of without needing to contract out to another company. We are looking forward to working with them again for the next part of our project. Thank you Pipeliners!

Kris serviced my water heater by flushing it and checking all connections inside and out. Kris did an awesome job and explained what he was doing when he was doing it which really put me at ease! 07/11/25 - I had four different plumbers give me estimates on a supposed leak that I have however Stratton did not find any leaks with my water lines or my drainage lines! Having said that I believed he may have saved me about $1,300.
