We have had a sink leak & water heater leak for MONTHS with multiple plumbers sent by our housing company to service the issues without any resolution. Well within one conversation with Eric I felt confident he wouldn’t leave us hanging. He spent about 30mins assessing the issues then left for 45mins to get a new water heater and faucet.

In less than 4 hours he fixed every issue including travel time to pick up the needed parts. He was friendly, efficient and the best plumber we’ve seen in Mesa. 11/10 stars, not that anyone wants plumbing issues, but he will be the first one we call if we have one again in the future and who we recommend to our local AZ friends!

What a great experience it was having Plumbers Duty out to make a repair on our water heater. Eric was very informative of his diagnosis and made the repair in a timely manner.

The previous company hired by the property management failed to show up for our scheduled appointment, which we waited five hours for. Plumber’s Duty was then contacted, and when I called to confirm their arrival time, I was told approximately two hours—but they arrived in less than one. I just had the best encounter ever, I was so lucky and I’m totally overwhelmed; all in good faith and good deeds do not go unnoticed. I met Eric at a department store parking lot I had a bad experience with a plumber and I was looking for parts to fix the old plumber mess; I parked next to him he greeted me with a humble smile I asked him are you a plumber because of his equipment he answered me yes!! I told him about my Issue without hesitation he immediately proceeded helping me he went to his truck got me what I needed not a single question he did not even charge me a single penny for his help.. he took time out of his own personal time and help me out. If me a complete stranger not even on the job and this is what he did to help me; I would not want to hire anyone else other than Eric ( plumber’s Duty)to enter my home. I appreciate you greatly.
