They came to look at a leak we were having in the garage. After a discussion we agreed to have two holes cut behind the washer to see if the pipe was leaking inside the wall. We decided I would do laundry as usual and then call and let him know what the outcome was and a followup appointment would then be made to complete the job. We have left several messages for a followup appt. with absolutely no response for a job that has been started. We are very disappointed and now have another plumber coming to finish up the job!!

I've worked with several plumbers over the course of my life in my home and offices as well. Plumbing 2.0 is by far the best. Why? Because the Master Plumber Dustin arrives on time, NOT stinking of last nights alcohol, cigarette smoke and sweat. Why? Because he accurately and HONESTLY diagnosis the problems I'm having- and fixes them right THE FIRST TIME! Why? Because the same problem doesn't reoccur two days after he leaves (like the other guys). Why? The prices are more affordable then other so called lumbers I've worked with.

I had a plumbing mess on my hands with one of my rental properties... the vacuum breaker (I believe that’s what it’s called) was rusted out and leaking. I found out that it wasn’t really done correctly and would need to be pretty much redone completely to make it right. I was also in a pinch and needed someone to get out there pretty quickly since it was constantly leaking.
I called Plumbing 2.0 and not only did they respond very promptly, but were very easy, knowledgeable and nice to work with. They are true professionals and I’ll be reaching out to them again whenever I have an issue at my personal house or one of my investment properties.

Young man did a great job! Just moved into rental home and cold water line for washing machine had a very slow leak. He could have just maybe used Teflon tape and quick fixed it but he replaced both faucets for hot and cold water lines since they were old and poorly done. I also reported the kitchen sink faucet handle as loose but not a big deal. He swapped out the entire faucet quickly and did a great job on both fixed. He was in and out in under an hour yet did first rate work! Good man!

I am very pleased with the excellent service i received from Plumbing 2.0. They installed a new faucet, farm sink, and RO system in our kitchen. It has been a year and everything still works perfectly. They even helped me pick out a faucet by reccomending some reputable brands. They were very professional and cleaned up at the end.
