Their charges to install a toilet are exorbitant. Not a good value in my opinion and the owner and office were not responsive to my efforts to discuss the matter.

If you're going to cut somebody off in traffic, you should probably not do it in your work truck that is also towing something behind it!

They charged me for 1 1/2 hrs to remove a garbage disposal that was actually only an hour!
They were 4 hours late for the service call and never offered an apology!

Im estactic on the great service I just received today. They were friendly, knowledgeable walking me through exactly what the problem was making me feel so comfortable on what needed to be done.
Im also in the service industry wanting to give them the best rating.

Clearly they should drug test their driver that almost ran me off the road this evening. Bravo guys. Say you are 24 hours but can’t even answer the phone to get your driver off the roads.

They fixed my water main leak. They were a guy short on the job and that didn't stop the one guy from doing a great job. It's been about 6 months since the fix and still no issue.

This company and the owner are the most unprofessional "service" company I have ever dealt with. The owner screams, refused to perform the work, and then said he was going to void the warranty so we were screwed. He then threatened me and stayed outside my house to intimidate my family. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

This company has 1.5 stars on Yelp. We filed a claim against one of there employees and they totally screwed up the garnishment due to a complete lack of knowledge about the process. We are now filing an Order to Show Cause against them. Completely incompetent and very rude.

I have worked with these guys for over a year now on a number of different projects. They have always been quick to respond and been fair and honest. I get a sense the few who complain wanted something for nothing. When i need these guys I will call them again. I did my research before calling them, you should too. They've earned my trust.

I had a water leak in my backyard and had J & H plumbing out to the repairs. They were very attentive to my problem and quickly fixed it at a reasonble price. Would use them for any of my plumbing needs.

About every 18 months our water line backs up and we call J and H to take care of the issue. Jerry is the best plumber. He is kind, conscientious, and trustworthy.

They say free estimates, it's not true it costs you when you have to take time off of work to get the quote and they will charge you 65.00 for Saturday's. I think it is a bunch of BS. There are other plumbers in the valley that will provide real free quotes.

Awful. I had a bad water leak in my front yard. Called them up and made an appointment. The old man came to my place with an attitude. Asked me if I had turned off the water or called the city. I said no and he gives me this dirty look. Goes back to his car for a few minutes. Then after a couple of minutes, he takes off without discussing anything. Very bad experience.
