Egan and his associate came over to my property today and did a great job! They were professional, answered all my questions regarding the drain camera inspection and charged me a fair and reasonable price. They arrived as promised and did the job right. I would recommend TruFlow and will use them for future plumbing needs.

All my pipes collapsed under my house and these guys made sure to work with insurance to get the job done. They are very communicative and made a stressful situation easier. These guys care more about the client than the job! After their work, I will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

I called in on Friday because my old water heater was starting to rust out and wanted to replace it for the new year. Egan showed up bright and early the next morning with a replacement Bradford White and a very reasonable quote. He replaced the heater, ball valve, and installed new stainless steel flex lines all within 2 hours. The billing process was straight forward and they even have an online portal to check appointment dates and past invoices. Would absolutely use them again.

Egan was able to determine what was causing our toilets to clog and back up into our shower in a new house, provide us with very detailed reports, and very effective at communicating overall. They were very responsive and timely. They were very respectful and kept things somewhat clean or cleaned up after themselves. The next time we have plumbing issues, I will definitely reach out to them straight away without hesitation. I think they are very trustworthy and don’t cut corners which is hard to find nowadays, as well as being competent.

I had a great experience with Jet’n Drains. My shower wasn’t draining and I was worried that my pipe had collapsed due to the age of the plumbing. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue efficiently, and were able to clear the blockage without unnecessary work or upselling. I appreciated that they explained the condition of my very old pipes and the potential risks going forward, so I could make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Highly recommend!

These guys were amazing. They were our second quote, which is difficult to do when you have a plumbing emergency, but I’m so glad we did because they gave us an honest assessment, and prices that were 1/5 of the first company’s quote. Signed contract 7/25/2022 sent 6,650.00, it is now January 10th, nothing done, can't get ahold of anyone.

Gave them a total of 22k for a bathroom remodel and windows. They did the bathroom but can not get ahold of them for the windows. Been calling daily forn3 weeks.

We had the twins out late September early October for an exclusion. The twins were professional and understanding but the gentleman that was scheduling the work was unreliable and kept changing the date. They did tell me that the twins wanted to be there with them to make sure the job went smooth , that I do respect. But sense then I have noticed rat activity in and around my home, I have called 3 different times and not gotten a call back. I am just wanting them to stand by there work but it does not seem to be happening. If anyone from there office reeds this they can look up my invoice and give me a call . If not we’ll I will no longer be sending busyness their way

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.

Kerns Plumbing did extensive work on an outdoor bathroom and kitchen we had built, (toilet, bathroom sink, kitchen sink and drain, water heater, water softener, etc.). They were professional, on-time and thorough. Kerns' really prided themselves on ensuring quality work was completed. They answered EVERY question we had, (and we had a LOT), thoroughly. Cannot thank them enough. Worth every penny. Will use them again without hesitation.

King Underground / Kerns Plumbing was terrific on the job at our home, finding and fixing a gas leak outdoors. Their communication and thoroughness were exemplary. We recommend them highly.

As a general contractor, we rely heavily on sub contractors that can care enough to make sure our clients are taken care of as we were there... These guys do not disappoint! Everyone from Jonathan, the owner, to Nick and his team in the field, I could not be more pleased.
