Great experience! Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful with the problem in the shower of our home. Very quick response when we reached out for help. We will definitely be using again in the future for any other plumbing issues.

They gave me a fair price to get my main water line leak repaired and went right to work getting it done. The two guys they sent to my house were super polite and professional and genuinely cared about the work they were doing.

The technician ( Egan) arrived on time and went right to work removing the old one and putting in a new kitchen faucet! We have a water filter system under the sink which takes quite a lot of room, and I feel sure makes the work more challenging! However, the tech was able to maneuver around the tank and filters and did a great job and finished in a timely manner!

TruFlow Plumbing came to check my water pressure on our business shower. Found sediment was the cause for low flow water pressure. Did not charge for the service. Thanks for the great service Josh.

Josh is wonderful to work with. Professional and precise with great people skills. Plumbing and restoration paired with the insurance companies are a tricky and sometimes dishonest business, but TruFlow works hard to serve the customer and provide for their needs, while being transparent and fair. Watch out for those pickpocket plumbers.

I called and they were at my house within 15 minutes. My proposal was in my email within the hour and they replaced my water heater the next day. I can’t speak highly enough about Josh and Dennis. Prompt, respectful and professional. Great plumbing company!!

TruFlow’s technician came out right after we called and was able to quickly detect and repair a badly damaged hose bib and conduct a test to ensure there were no more leaks in our plumbing. Their prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced service was quite a relief to us as we dealt with this issue from the other side of the world!

They installed a whole new “main valve” along with a WiFi controlled valve I wanted installed.

When we leave town I like turning off my water so if something leaks inside, I won’t have days or weeks of water damage.

The WiFi allows me to manage it if I leave and forget or need to turn on and off for just a bit.
