Water heater suddenly leaking badly. Called J&H around 11am. The lady said all their staff were out on jobs but would get us fixed that day. Around 5pm two friendly guys arrived with a new heater. 2 hours later, despite some complications with the old heater, the new heater was fitted. Excellent service.

This company is irresponsible. It took several hours for one of their plumbers to come out and put in my water softener. The technician did not install the water softener correctly and my water ran for 3 and 1/2 hours straight before I had to manually stop it. The company wanted to charge me over $1,100 for the work that he did. I refused. Another technician came out to fix the work and I ended up having to call the water softener company and basically do the work myself. The second technician that came out was very pleasant and we worked together well. I still had to end up paying $750 for them. Not doing the work correctly. Please heed my warning. Do not use this company!

I’ve never used them for plumbing and now never will. A couple young bucks parked their huge plumbing truck in a handicap spot in the Kieran’s Commons parking garage. I phoned them and was told they’d pull up the culprit driver on GPS She PROMISED me she would take care of it because her father was in a wheelchair. An hour later, the truck was still there. No respect for the disabled. No one should tolerate that. UPS doesn’t park in handicapped spots there, but these 2 young guys did. Disrespectful is what it is.

They have installed water heaters , toilets and garbage disposals for me. They have worked on my personal home and my rental. They do a great job each time. And they always clean up after themselves.
