Excellent! Call if you have a plumbing problem. I put out an estimate request (on an app not sure if I can name here) and Nic called me in about 1 minute of putting out the request. I understood everything he was telling me along with a rough estimate. He came out that day and fixed my issue! I will use this Co. from now on. Very impressed. He knew what he was doing and talking about plus the cost was $200 less than what another Co. was going to charge me.

FloPro plumbing came out same day and tge technicians were very nice and professional. They dod a great job replacing my garbage disposal!! I would highly recommend them.

We self-manage our short-term rental from out of the country, and Nick has been a fantastic resource we can always count on. The town of Gilbert was charging me $500/month for water and saying I had a leak, Nick came out and tested to prove that I didn't have a leak but instead, Gilbert's water meters don't work right all the time. Great company.....arrived on time and explained the water softening system we had in the home (which was totally foriegn to us) was not working at all! We arranged to have them install a new system which they were able to do the same day. It was very affordable and is now operating the way it's suppossed to! Highly recommend this company

We had a tankless hot water heater for 14 years and always struggled to get hot water quickly and maintain it to wash dishes or take a shower. It took a long time (about 3 minutes) to get hot enough and would ‘sandwich’ hot to cold and back to hot. Nick from FloPro installed a new hot water heater and worked on it until it was perfect! He was SUPER RESPONSIVE to our initial issues and made adjustments as necessary. It’s only been a couple days but now everything seems perfect…we get HOT water quickly (less than a minute) and it stays hot! Nick also changed our dripping outside faucet and changed our pressure regulator…that works well too! Highly recommend Nick/FloPro!

Flo Pro Plumbing relocated bathroom pipes to fit our new vanity. I realized the pipes needed to be moved before drywall goes up tomorrow. Nic gave me a reasonable quote and was able to do the job same day. I was so happy with his knowledge and work. I will be using him again if I should need plumbing assistance in the future. I had a clogged kitchen sink drain yesterday, and after looking through some options on Thumbtack, I called Flo Pro because of their ratings and reviews. Nick and Junior came out within 2 hours and worked to solve my problem. Unfortunately, the problem was much bigger than a simple clog, and Nick took the time to explain my options and the anticipated/estimated costs thoroughly, before we landed on a short term and long term solution. This was a messy project, and I was further Impressed my the care and professionalism Nick and Junior demonstrated as they solved the issue and left my house as clean as it was before they started. I have used many plumbers in my lifetime, both for personal and professional jobs (25 years in the restaurant biz, I’ve had a lot of plumber needs), and I would put Flo Pro at the top of my list of preferred plumbing service providers from this experience alone. Reading through the 250+ reviews they’ve collected, it seems this is consistent with the majority of others’ experiences as well.

Flo Pro Plumbing was fantastic! They did a thorough assessment to diagnose the problem (pressure regulator), gave me a fair price and fixed the problem on the spot in under an hour. Another plumbing company gave me a quote that was 3x the amount which just didn’t seem right. Flo Pro was friendly, fair and fast! Would highly recommend!!

We have had used Flo Pro three times now and receive amazing service every single time. They went out of their way to fix a problem and assure that we received exactly what we wanted when it came to putting in a tub faucet. We most recently, had a flooding emergency and were able to be taken care of right away which was such a wonderful feeling knowing we had help when needed. They were able to return the next day and install a new toilet. They’ve always been able to help pick out just the right product for our needs and we’ve been satisfied every single time. They were also able to locate an issue with a water heater that could’ve been very deadly for us concerning carbon monoxide due to some improper installation from the previous owner contractor.. We are so grateful Nick was able to locate that problem and help fix it. This brought much peace of mind to that we are safe now. I you’re in need of any plumbing help at all, I would definitely recommend this company.

All of our toilets were backed up. The owner and son came.out and were very friendly. Explained the problem and gave me additional information on how to prevent the blockage. They pointed out some repairs I need in the future but did not pressure me or try to sell me something like most companies in the valley. The pricing was very reasonable. Absolutely recommend!

Plumbers showed condition of why the hold down bolts rusted through on one side and flange was in not so good of condition. They added spacers as the tile floor was not completely level. Overall, the plumbers were very respectful, honest, service was quick with high quality. Awesome job at a really good price.
