Highly recommend! They came out to look at our main water shut off and was able to help us understand how it worked and what pipe went where. He also helped with our water softener. Charged $225 to diagnose leak and said it’s the overflow. Recommended mold mitigation and use insurance to replace shower. Spoke to insurance, a mold company, and another plumber. There is no mold in the property, insurance warned me of this being a typical scam, and another plumber came out and identified the leak was the fixtures for the handle and spigot which allowed water to drip behind. You can buy your 5 star reviews but if this review gets removed I’m escalating with the RoC for fraud.

I sent out a request for water heater repair via Thumbtack, thinking I wouldn't hear back from any pro for at least a day. Not only did Nic respond almost instantaneously to my request, he was at my house within two hours, which was far earlier than I expected. To make matters BETTER, I had an entirely new water heater installed that afternoon. He made a major inconvenience feel easy to deal with. He gave good recommendations (that I of course verified were reasonable without trying to upsell me) and was both friendly and professional. I highly recommend Nic and Flo Pro.

I had Flo Pro Plumbing & Drain replace my home's two 17 year old toilets, valves, and hoses. They were upgraded to quality Kohler toilets, 1/4 turn valves, and braided SS hoses.
