Dave is the absolute BEST!! Total Rockstar!! He knows his products and he knows customer service!! A family had a gas control valve go out on Friday afternoon and it was discovered what the issue was on Friday evening. I called first thing Saturday morning to see if we could get a warranty part and of course everything is closed on Saturday. Dave reached out to the warehouse on Saturday and was able to get a favor and get that part delivered to the shop. I was able to pick it up on Saturday and install the part so the family with a newborn baby could have hot water and heat going into the holiday weekend when nobody was going to be open on Monday. He sure went above and beyond and could’ve easily said sorry I can’t help you till Monday but he went ahead and went the extra 10 miles and did everything he could to make it happen and sure enough he was able to make it work and I am so thankful for his customer service and so was the family that he was able to help! It’s the small things like that that really serves others in this world and we need more people like Dave! I will always come back to Central Arizona Supply for all of my plumbing and heating needs! Dave, you’re the best!!

They are extremely helpful. They have the items I needed. They were willing to swap it out if I thought it was defective. They are kind of professional and if you have questions they'll answer them to their best of their abilities.

Not a contractor in the field. Just an average joe homeowner DIY guy trying to save and save I did :) . They had all the parts I needed to get My Bradford water heater up and running. No need for sitting around waiting on uncertain shipment during the upcoming holiday. The staff was very approachable and helpful.

Only issue I had was the major part purchased which was the most expensive was not correct even though recommended by the back office warehouse. I had to make a second trip to get correct part which wasn't a big deal. However I then had to make 3rd trip. The correct part exchanged for was actually broken in the box which wasn't the stores fault it was clearly brand new and damage in shipping or stocking.

All together this place seems to have just about everything a contractor or homeowner would need with regards to plumbing needs. If you're like me and doing a single home project. If the part/product comes in a enclosed box just open it while there. May save you a trip. I'd recommended them for sure.

Orlando G was an amazing Service Tech. He went above and beyond taking care of my main line backup, he got here very quick and knocked it out right away. Amazing customer service and that matters a lot to me…he explained it all on the way what he was doing, and gave good advice and was knowledgeable with his info. Greatly appreciated. Have called and used many different companies but will continue to use these guys for future issues.

We had great experiences. They were able to get us an appointment quickly. Alessandro was polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix our clog in the kitchen with some hard work. He also gave us information on how to care and prevent future clogs. I would highly recommend them.

If you have to replace a sewer line, you want to know that the company you entrust to do the work is highly competent, responsive, fairly priced, and empathetic to the emergency circumstances you're dealing with.

My neighbor had given me Orlando Gonzalez's All Time Plumbing and Drains card in case I ever needed a plumber. My shower backed up the night before Easter. I left a message on Easter hoping for a call back on Monday, but Orlando called me back 5 minutes later on Easter. He and the owner, Jose Martinez, came out the next morning, assessing the issue.

Of course, I was hoping for a quick, inexpensive rooter-rooter answer, but the camera scope revealed a 60-year-old line filled with tree roots, making replacement the only solution to get my bathrooms functioning again.

Jose provided fair pricing, and I was also grateful to have a reasonable financing option to consider. Within an hour of my decision, the friendly and expert crew had my bathrooms functioning. The entire line was replaced, and the job was complete within 24 hours!

Each member of the crew - Anna, the project manager, Tony, and the other installation guys focused on doing a great job and were also considerate of my landscaping. Their new technology made the process quick without tearing up my yard.

Orlando went above and beyond to ensure my pipes were flushed clean top to bottom through into the city line, and he even adjusted the flush mechanism in one of my tanks that was wasting water unnecessarily.
