Very rude and obnoxious person behind the counter. My husband was in the middle of explaining something to him but he was told in so many words to be quiet while he, the knowledgeable one, gave him the answer. The customer behind us was more helpful than this guy whose attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I was so shocked I just kept standing there, along with my husband. Should have walked out. Won't be back. Customer service needs attention. I guess if one is a contractor, one gets better service.

Customer service is great, that's why you may have to wait at times. All workers there are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond for whoever the customer may be. A lot of persons that don't know how to deal with people and expect to be waited on hand and foot that wrote bad reviews should go elsewhere. Please go to Home Depot or Lowe's and tell us you get better service there. LMAO. This place is great, the workers are well trained, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. You complainers needed to get a life.

Probably they have everything needed but I did not have good experience today in Mesa Location. I went to ask for help with a fitting. Greeted the two gentlemen in the store. One of them asked how he could help and I was just starting to tell them that "I needed a help with"... then he just interrupted and asked me where did I buy my faucet and I reply in Amazon. This person just responded "We don't have anything" and just walked away without even listening my case. Looks like they have a good selection of things, my first time and unfortunately I got across an employee in bad mood or may be is just a bad employee with terrible customer service. Went to another plumbing supply nearby and got what I needed to solve my problem and received excellent customer service.

Every time I have come here I am met with attitude. I get it, I don't know the names of all the little parts. But that is no reason to talk down to your customer. This has happened every time I have been here. This time I just walked out. I get the feeling that at the end of the day they stand around and talk about how dumb their customers were that day.
I'm done. There is this thing called the Internet, where you can get everything they sell at this store and you don't have to be talked down to. I really hate this store.
Wow. I just read all the horrible reviews. It's painfully clear that this company has a problem. I wonder how they manage, they probably have commercial accounts that provide them with enough income to stay open. That's is my only guess as to how they remain in business while treating their customers so poorly. I wish I didn't have to give them even one star, I wish there were negative stars I would give them -5.

I originally went to this store because I was under the impression that I was looking for a specialty item. I went over to Home Depot this morning and talked with their "Master Plumber". He said sure we have that and he knew for a fact that Central AZ has the same part. INTERESTING. Wonder why the guy behind the counter at Central AZ specifically said in a very rude tone "NO WE DON'T HAVE THAT PART" and then acted shocked when I walked away. Imagine the orange box kicked your butt. I went over to the manager at the box and told them the story of how friendly and knowledgeable of his inventory their Master Plumber is. They said they will put a letter in his file. See how good customer service works. I thought I would let you know so that you can get to work on your sorry customer service.

Luke & Frank absolutely amazing customer service.

The employees here are great. Very knowledgeable. They have a nice range of just about anything you may need. The store is small, and the prices are a little high. (But you won't realize that until you go to check out because birthing has a price on it.) They do offer a military discount. They know there stuff unlike employees at Homedepot and that's the biggest plus about this place.

Great selection of all your utility needs and styles that delight. Help from staff took a lot longer than I would have liked, especially since I was the only customer in the store. In the end I got the fixtures for my bath that I wanted. Prices are a quite a bit steeper than the box stores but it was worth it to me to find the styles I wanted with no waiting for delivery. Overall, I was pleased with the end result.

We started off going to another supply store but they didn't seem very interested in helping us so we decided to try Central Arizona Supply and I'm sure glad we did. We worked with Sonya and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she new pretty much what she had in stock and what she may have to order. We were so happy with our purchases for our new Master Bath. I would highly recommend Central Arizona Supply and we will definitely be going back there for our next project. They were great and had a very large selection to choose from.

Central Arizona Supply was a life saver for my A/C. This is the place to go for a do-it-yourself-er. My A/C repair was quoted at $500-$700 and I was able to do it for half that. I first went to Grainger, but they weren't trained at all and tried to set me up with a part that wasn't compatible with my system just bc it had the same HP, and RPM rating. Luckily I had done some previous research and new it wasn't right. We found CAS and they were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and thorough to find a part that would work with my system as the OEM was no longer manufactured and there's no recommended replacement model. They also had the needed accessories to make sure it would work correctly. I will be going back for any A/C issues in the future and possibly for any plumbing issues since they are so great.

I went in to this amazing store to choose faucets, shower heads, towel bars, hooks and grab bars for 3 bathrooms, a tub and a kitchen sink for our renovation. I had some idea as to what I would like, but did not know what was available. I was greeted by a wonderful young man by the name of Zac. Within about an hour, I knew what I wanted and had the beginnings of an order of items that I really liked! Zac is extremely personable and knowledgeable of his store and products and took the time to help me make the decisions that I needed to make. There were some changes along the way, but Zac handled it so smoothly and delivery was on Monday, August 12th. He made it a great experience! Thank you, Zac and Central Arizona Supply! Zac deserves a raise!

I am a retired, plumbing contractor, and I still go to Central Arizona Supply for all of my plumbing needs. They are always very helpful and you have just about everything you need for a repair or a new install. Great company!

It’s a plumbing supply house and apparently they hold the secret for putting something in the water for the entire staff and employees there because they are well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s refreshing to see when they do not have a part they refer to another location. I refer customers who want to remodel their bathrooms or kitchen to their show area where the employees are very helpful. It is a great experience every time I go inside and recommend to customers and other plumbers.

I will never go anywhere else. The customer service is absolutely amazing. They are very fast at identifying which parts are needed, always have the right parts in stock and the store is clean. Someone else mentioned they couldn't return something, which is strange. I've never had an issue returning anything. Highly recommend this place!

Great experience. As a woman going in to a supply store with a note of what my husband ask me to get. DAVE was awesome so helpful did not make feel uncomfortable at all. Even counted back my change not just handed it to me. Will definitely be back .
