Smelled amazing top notch service

Billy came out for a leak under our kids sink, to double check and make sure our toilet was secure and not leaking, and most importantly to install a nuvo water softener/filtration system. He was very knowledgeable, explained all his findings and what his plan was, and the nuvo install went super smoothly. Great to work with, and I feel confident in his work! Scheduling was super easy with Melissa. I’ll be recommending Reidhead to friends and family!

Corey and his partner (whose name I unfortunately forgot) were absolutely fantastic. We had a pretty stressful situation with a slab leak, and it could have easily turned into a much bigger problem. Corey assessed everything quickly, and came up with a smart solution to reroute the pipes and fix the issue.

You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and cares about doing the job properly—not just a quick patch. The whole experience turned from “dire” to completely handled thanks to them.

I’ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend Corey and Reidhead plumbing to anyone dealing with plumbing issues.

Billie is very professional. Explained the work needed to be done before, during and after. Also provided information on the function of water heater system and circulating pump. I would use them again.

Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with to get my appointment scheduled. She was polite and professional, and so was the plumber. My brother is a plumber so I was concerned that this was going to be a very big job. Mitch came and saved the day! He had my toilet working within 5-10 minutes after replacing a few parts.
I was So grateful as this team communicates phenomenal! They contacted me before they came so I was able to put up my 2 Large German shepherds so that he was able to work effectively.

Quality work and friendly knowledgeable staff. On time. They where there when they said they would be (unlike almost all other places i have used over the years). Fair prices, they did not try and sell me something I did not need and were honest about any work needed to be done. Highly recommend them.

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Clayton came by today and was so efficient! He explained everything he was doing and even taught us so much about our system! No one has ever taught us how to use the system properly and we are so grateful he took the time to do so today. Thank you Clayton!

This is a top notch company! Our water heater failed and with a quick call to Donna, a technician was dispatched to our home and the new water heater was installed the next morning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs service done right away.

Reidhead Plumbing has come to the rescue for us once again! We appreciated dispatch taking our call on a Sunday afternoon to get us on the schedule ASAP when we discovered water flowing out of our wall. Our plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and he was able to repair the leak at a reasonable cost. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
