Arnett Plumbing sent Tim out to help me with a clogged shower. Not only did he fix the shower, he showed me how to fix it myself in the future, and made sure that all of the other drains in the house work.

Great service at a very reasonable price. The per hour quote is a little intimidating but when you have someone who knows what they are doing it goes quick. Will use them again for sure.

Very professional and clean. We built a new home and they did a phenomenal job. Dependable and respectful crews. Soft water system, RO, 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen, tankless water heaters, drinking fountain, floor drains, and tons of hose bibs. Awesome job!

These guys are awesome. I have used them three times now, including repairing a slab leak. Every time they have been quick, professional, and charged a fair price. (Okay, this last time it was significantly less than I expected.) I can refer them without reservation.

Contacted for irrigation work. He would not even come by and check the job out--said he could see what we needed from satellite views. He did not listen to what I wanted most likely because I am female. I knew exactly what we needed and he wanted to do something else entirely and charge us 3 times the other quotes we received. He was very dismissive and rude. I hope you choose to do business elsewhere. We were able to get our job done for $900 not $2700 and it is working fabulously.

Contacted them at 12:30 after my bathroom flooded from a main sewage line clog and the friendly woman who answered the phone told me someone could be at my house between 2 and 3:00 that same day. Someone was at my house by 1:30 PM, resolved the issue and charged a fair price. The payment process was also very easy with the Quickbooks invoice and online credit card payment. Thank you for being so responsive and for taking care of this so quickly!!!

I finally found an ethical plumber! The office staff is friendly and the plumbers are knowledgeable and personable. Pricing is very fair. They diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. I highly recommend this company! I will never call any one else.

Workers could not communicate with me and gave their phone to the owner so I could explain the problem of my water heater to determine it needed to be replaced. The owner quickly quoted me $4,200 for a 75 gallon gas water tank. When I asked what kind of water tank and what the labor costs were, he asked that I hand the phone to his workers. He talked to the worker for 10 seconds and then they literally ran off my property, ignoring me. Rude service, insane prices and unprofessional behavior. Hours later, I found an excellent company that charged me $2,300, were in and out of my garage in 40 minutes, and installed a high end water tank with an excellent warranty.

Victor is friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and does clean, expert work.

We will hire him again for future work we are in need of.

Victor the owner was really helpful. I had a shower leak on my main restroom upstairs which was leaking to one of the bottom bedrooms. He helped me by switching the whole plumbing and even helped me with the drywall. He went above and beyond and the price was more than fair. I recommend Vic Val plumbing!

Victor came and moved my pvb from the front yard to back yard. He explains things well and is very nice. He did a great job, and I will be using him again in the future.

He broke a valve and installed a shower wand incorrectly, and then refused to fix it without being paid double from what he originally quoted. He also stole a diamond bit as well as a drillbit to cut an additional hole that we went and purchased for the job for the faucet. blew off the Homeowner and never came back to finish what he left. Buyer beware. Even though I had everything in writing over text get a drawn up contract and definitely do not pay him in full until the work is complete.
