My property management company used this company. They're always very communicative and on time. Very professional.

They were called to do a job and left a huge water mess in our underground parking area. They were asked to please clean it up and were rude, un professional and hung up on me because they were asked to clean up a mess they made.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

I have had great experience with the plumbers that had to do work for my residency. Both were very professional and communicated with me.

They made their companies advertising address my home address so I get all of their junk mail. I’ve called and asked them to change it and they refused to do so. It’s been months at this point.

Dugan Plumbing always does an exceptional job. No matter who it is within the company from start to finish it is amazing service and professionalism.

When we were contact by the plumbing service company they mentioned they would be there soon, and when I say soon I was blown away how fast they came to fix our issue. Front he time I called and from the time they finished the job was faster than me typing this review! 5 stars !!!

Called Dugan because I had a leaking water heater. The technician, Jay used facetime to assist me to shut the unit off and was there first thing the next morning to replace the heater. I would highly recommend Jay and Dugan Plumbing!

We had an appointment for a plumber to come out at noon. Someone text me at 8:34 about coming out. Since I live in a different state I told them to contact my daughter. She waited home from 12-5 and none showed up. When I called them this morning they told me they called me twice yesterday and I never answered. I told him I did NOT receive any calls (and I was happy to send him a screen shot of my call log) he basically called me a liar, said my phone was broken and told me to find another plumber. Nice, real professional!

Called on Father's Day on their emergency number, and the guy sounded irritated that I called. My landlord said I should call them and that they have sent them my information. The guy said he was out of the office and had not seen anything, I explained that sewage was backed up in our neighbors apartment, and we can't use our plumbing. He asked if my number was good to reach me at, then never called me back. Sorry you couldn't be bothered on father's day but not being able to use our plumbing is a big issue when your wife is immune copermised.
Don't bother using them out normal business hours, They wont come.

Our property management company uses Dugan Plumbing. They called me quickly to schedule a time frame, then Tim called me again to let me know he was on the way so I could meet him there. Tim was so friendly and informative and had the job done in no time! As a tenant, I was really happy with the communication level to me, as well as the property manager. Everything looks and works not just as good as, but much better than before there was a leak!

Worst plumbing company ever! They have “contract” plumbers that are not certified nor do they have any sort of formal training. They replaced my faucet/drain and water leaked immediately after so the water had to be turned off. I have not had running water since September!!! The contracted plumber left saw marks in my sink & it is totally destroyed! Then when the owner came out he told me that the drain pipe needs to be lowered on the wall and that they needed to cut the wall to lower the drain. This demo was never mentioned when the initial “plumber” came out! My drain never leaked before they came out and that was not a concern of mine but they told my landlord that it needed to be replaced. Dugan plumbing was dishonestly telling my landlord that things needed to be done that DID NOT need to be done. These people will not return my call (or my landlords) and I still do not have running water. They no-showed on me three times and are very unprofessional when they did show up. None of the “plumbers” that showed up put boot covers on when they entered my house. I purchased boot covers and requested that they use them and they went in/out of my house with the boot covers on so they eventually had holes in them. 🤦‍♀️ That totally defeated the purpose of boot covers!! These people are unprofessional and I can’t don’t even know how they are in business.

Moises came to help with my water heater that went out. He was so kind & polite through out the whole process! He was extremely professional and even helped clean at the end. He provided exceptional service! I was especially thankful of how he was okay with my little dog. I would recommend Moises to anyone who is looking to use Dugan Plumbing, you will not be disappointed with the service and overall experience of the way he handles the job.
