Austin was able to come out within an hour to diagnose my issue.
He provided 4 solution plans in different price points to come up with the best solution for me.
Highly recommend this company!

Luis and Eric were amazing and super nice and informative. They did a great job. Cleaned our mainline. Now we can shower in our own house.

Leon and Justin inspected my water softener and tested my water. They were courteous and professional. I will definitely call Action Plumbing next time I need a plumber.

I'd give zero stsrs if I could and I will never use Action Plumbing again! They use inexperienced young employees and were out of code on most of the drain lines that they replaced in my house. Charged me a fortune too. Use Keystone Plumbing instead, they were amazing, fixed the mess that Action left me with, and were reasonably priced.

Jake was great! He was super nice and knew what he talking about! He explained everything throughout the whole process to us and was very professional and helpful! It is great to know we can call if ever needed again, we called and got the leak fixed in one day, no hassle no haggle!

I needed to replace an old undermount sink with a new one on a granite counter top. None of of the big box stores or other plumbers would touch it, due to liability. I got a hold of Ivan and sent him pictures of the project, and he said he could do it. I was a little apprehensive because I had heard horror stories of the Granite breaking during installs. Ivan explained how he would do it in detail. After talking to him, I felt way better about it. He arrived on time and ready to work. It was a little tricky to get the old one out, but he took his time and did it right. The new sink looks awesome, and the price was fair I would highly recommend AZ Desert Plumbing!

Action is the best!! They came out and helped us with a big job and it was so great that they were able to get us taken care of so fast!! If you need anything done give them a call!

I would be giving 5 stars Austin was great and did a top notch job on hot water heater, unfortunately I had to take a lame shower this morning not getting full pressure to master bed room shower.

I called for a persistent clog in our bathroom sink. After ascertaining that we'd had the pipe snaked a number of times in the past 5 years Luis explained that hydro jetting would fully clear any debris in the line and would come with a year warranty should the drain clog again. The technicians were extremely helpful and thorough and I was very pleased with the service!

No did awesome job with helping fix my outlets. He was very patient, as I have children. He works fast and is very good at what he does.

Joel and Bo, came out to take a quick look at our AC. Provided excellent service. They were friendly, respectful, and honest throughout the process. Truly appreciate their professionalism!

From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, the pricing was fair, and the work exceeded my expectations. Everything was done right the first time, with no hassle. 5 stars all the way! If I can give 0 starts I would This place is a scam, we had a clog in one of our bathrooms we had two guys come out explained to them the issue and how it was only affecting one part of our house, they removed the toilet to snake it then were not able to so they tried through the roof again they were not able to, they came back and said it was the main line that had roots in it and quoted us 7,000 after we paid them 750.00 for them to do nothing all they did was come in and make a mess and didn’t even put the toilet back. They marked the spots where supposedly it needed to be dug up. My husband spend all day digging this trench after spending another 100.00 to rent a jack hammer. We later decided to get another opinion so we had another plumber come out within 30min he had our bathroom where the main issues was unclogged he took a look at the pipes in the trench my husband dug up and those pipes were pretty and no issue there, and he set out toilet back up. I would never recommend this company to anymore, extremely upset we had to spend that much money and not receive a good service . Pictures of how they left the toilet 250 of that 750 was just to remove the toilet, a refund would be appriciated.

It's comforting to know there is still good trusting people willing to help and not take you to the bank. My hot water heater was leaking thru the floor, Action had Austin out within the hour. He was WONDERFUL! He explained what was needed and provided a quote. He was very professional and kind but not pushy. I was amazed he had a new heater in the same day. He coordinated with restoration and truly made me feel good about an awful situation. I never ever do reviews but for Austin I will recommend till the cows come home. I danced when he left, it was such a great experience.
