I dont know what the Cavalry looks like at your house, but this is what they looked like at mine! Kind, courteous, and patient when I couldnt make up my mind. Got my kitchen plumbing up and running, and gave me my sanity back! Highly recommend this team.

Mason was on time and professional. Explained what he was going to do, what possible issues we may run into, and what could be done to solve it. Unfortunately, the drain could not be cleared due to an unknown restriction (water too murky for the camera to see what was in the way. Though the cost of 516.00 was being paid by the company I work for, I would have to say, that is pretty steep (even if the drain was cleared). Either way, they were quick to respond to my call and concerns.

I don’t know about you, but when a sink or toilet gets blocked, or water starts backing up in your tub…stuff like that…I want it fixed NOW! It freaks me out and all kinds of scenarios play in my head! So when we found that ROTO-ROOTER was still around we dialed that number in hope!

Our kitchen sink was backed up and a plunger did nothing! We tried a snake and it did nothing. It was a sunday, today, and they told us someone would be out within the hour! I was shocked and thrilled!
My kitchen gets a lot of use and something like this fills me with anxiety!

Casey came out on time. It took almost two hours of snaking. He figured the blockage was about 35 feet down the pipe.
We recently bought this home and prior owners did nothing to maintain this beautiful home!
We believe that grease and/or oil was poured down the sinks without running hot water during. After years of this going on that stuff slowly built up in the pipe walls actually hardening and as the water drained a little slower no one paid attention enough to call anyone out and WE got lucky enough to be the ones to deal with that pipe totally closed off!
Casey said lots of people don’t know how to maintain their pipes. He would get the water draining a tiny bit, then have to snake more, and then water would drain a tiny bit more over and over. It took him a few hours to get the pipe free and clear. Casey was so polite, kind and very comfortable to be around! If you get him out to your home count yourself lucky, he was a pleasure!

In a HEART BEAT I will be contacting them as soon as anything concerning my plumbing is a concern!

10/10. They were able to come in an hour on a Saturday while 4 other places I called couldn’t until the next day. Casey was awesome and I’ll definitely be using them again if I have an issue.

Roto-Rooter team is absolutely awesome. Had some toilet issues at our office and they had 2 people out to remedy the situation 30 minutes after I called. Mason one of the technicians was super detailed in explaining the work that needed to be completed and was incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. Highly recommend using Roto-Rooter for any emergency plumbing situations!

Mason from Rotor Rooter was wonderful… We had a backed up shower with all kinds of rust coming up out of the drain. We tried to clear it ourselves with no luck. A big mess! He got to us within an hour of my phone call. Cleared the shower and also said the bathroom sink was backed up as well.. Cleared both drains and everything has been smooth sailing… Very happy with the service!

Our tech Casey did a great job and was very helpful through the whole process. Quick easy and some ok pricing. Casey did his best to get pricing that was fair.

I had water leakage in the house. Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup ppl came, and addressed the issues in rapid time frame. Michael helped in initial assessment of damage. Much of the work was done by John and his team. They did an outstanding job of cleaning, cutting dry wall and restoration. John and his team worked extremely hard and accomplished everything by doing high quality work. John is also cheerful and gets the job accomplished. If you have water damage in house or office or elsewhere they are the guys to go to.

If you have an emergency and you need fast, efficient help, look no further. We had a main line blockage during a wedding at our venue with 240 people! We called 20 different "24/7 emergency" plumbers without any luck. Casey with Roto-Rooter was at our facility less than an hour after speaking to the company on the phone. The initial call with the woman who answered was friendly, quick and easy. Casey was personable, skilled and thorough. 10 out of 10. Thank you, Casey and Roto-Rooter!

They showed just after dark and worked for over 2 hours. They could not find the clog because it was an old park and had a septic system. The tank I was hooked to was full. They charged me $100 for the service call. I was grateful as a local plumbing company quoted me $2600 to replace some pipes and clear the clog. Once the septic tank was pumped everything was clear again. I found them to be honest and reliable. Mark even called me the next day to see how I made out.

Mason and Juan came out when we were in a pinch on a holiday with family. They were extremely efficient and professional. They discovered the root cause to our problems within 10 minutes, cleared the issue and gave us details on how to maintain and prevent the issue in the future. We were in a septic tank nightmare, house filled with poopy water and frustration. Mark came in and quickly called in Mason the sewer expert. These guys were quick, patient and very thorough from the start. They went over and above to help me diagnose this issue and laid out options so I can choose the best next step for my budget. What really stood out the most is the willingness to take the time to educate me so I actually understand, answered all my questions. I would recommend Mark for any plumbing issue or Mason for sewer challenges hands down all day long!!

After calling multiple companies on a Sunday, Roto Rooter was the only one that could come out within an hour. Their plumbing team and water mitigation team were friendly, helpful and got the job done quickly!

Mason was amazing and helped ensure we had our backed up/flooding wash room problem all fixed. Snaked out the pipes and cleared any blockage. Very polite, nice and helpful. Not only that but very quick and efficient. He had the help of Kaysean who was also a very respectful and helpful young man. Mason is very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him to any one. Called Roto-works for plumbing and water cleanup when we struck a water line when hanging storage units in my garage. They arrived that evening, the water mitigation team opened up the wall and ceiling, and called back a plumber to ensure we had running water that night. After restoration and cleanup, they power-washed my garage and left it spotless. Very professional, patient, and courteous. I would use them again.

The Roto team came out immediately to fix a clogged sewer line. Earlier that same day a different company worked on it for several hours and told me it wasn’t fixable. Your crew was able to fix our issue and did an excellent job

Customer service is very good, which is why I gave a five star. Casey was an excellent installer. However, the service call is very expensive and mark up on materials are nearly double the cost. That being the case I would not rate them a five star.
