Roto-Rooter did an excellent job doing water remediation after my hot water heater leaked. They took out the damaged drywall and flooring, used heaters and fans to dry everything, and then treated the wood and walls to prevent mold. They came right away and were extremely professional. Very pleased with their work!

We had our toilet overflow on a weekend and called Roto Rooter for help. Over a course of one week, John and his team had been so amazing at making sure there will be no water damage and fixing everything up. They were amazing at communicating every step of the way while being so understanding of our situation.

We had an appointment. The text said the tech would be here in 30-45 minutes. So we were late to work waiting. We called multiple times and each time they said 15 minutes out. 2 hours later, they said 30 minutes out due to traffic. I told them I’m not waiting 30 minutes after we’d already waited 2 hours and only got updates when we called. I called back 3 additional times and each time they said a technician was on the way. After an hour of waiting and no tech showing up, I called yet again, and they said they rescheduled me for Wednesday. Very poor service.

They came in and got right to work. Told us what they were going to do and did exactly what they that. They worked quickly and efficiently while being cautious of the house.

John Pierce & Jayden are such an incredible workers so efficient they always deliver the best work made sure me customer understands everything they were doing. 100% will recommend him and the Company!! Root-Rooter Thank You for helping us through this stressful time!!!

We had a mainline sewer blockage and backup. Roto-Rooter did an amazing job from beginning to end of the clean out and remediation. Kudos to Team Jadon, Jayven and John for their personal service, attention to detail and immaculate work in our home. Thank you Team Roto-Rooter.

When your house gets flooded, it is definitely a very stressful time. John, Caroline and Jayden were the best crew you would ever want. They came in and did all the work as fast as they can without missing any detail. They cleaned up after themselves and reassured me that everything was gonna be ok. I highly recommend this company. They came out on a Sunday to get our water pressure fixed up. You ever need great customer service ask for Austin and Eric they are a blessing. 🙂

Luis came by with Action plumbing today and he was very professional and an expert at what needed to happen. Gave me a couple of options and everything worked out great.

It took a little while but when Dewayne got here he was very helpful and informative. He even helped me make sure I had the water main on properly ( I was anxious about the position of the handle).

Austin and his team were amazing. We have an older house with older electrical and a job that was supposed to take 2 days, took 5 days. They communicated every step of the way and we could not be happier. We will only allow Austin and his guys to work on our house!
