I am very impressed with Casey. He took his time & made an effort to locate the issue and clear my main water line clog. I appreciate his positive attitude even though he came on a Saturday. He used critical thinking and patience.

I would like to have a technician available to use an auger with the blade attachment. This is something commonly used to remove roots. Is it possible to have a technician visit with an auger and blade attachment to clear the root in my main?

Had then come out Friday night said I needed all the pipes replaced under my sink so they were supposed to come back the next morning since it was kinda late.. I no problem. Neve morning time that he's supposed to get there comes and goes so I call the office they said we'll call you back in 15 min .. never called never showed up and to top it of when another company came I magically didn't need all the pipes replaced. This company works off commission only and is lying to their customers. If i could give negative stars I would.

Had Roto Rooter come out to my home to complete the hydro jetting service in my kitchen. Everything went great in the beginning. After the service, they were very hesitant to show me the camera of after the jetting was complete. Took about 2 weeks to have someone come out with a camera to show me what the pipes looked like after the jetting.

Drano wasn’t working so we called Roto-Rooter. As soon as Casey arrived he was super polite and friendly to our doggies, loved that he was super trustworthy and fixed our shower drain in no time! Definitely wouldn’t have been able to fix It ourselves. Thank you Casey & thank you for your service 🫡🇺🇸🙏🏼

The best experience I've had with a plumber in the 23 years I've lived in Arizona. Casey was incredible from the moment he arrived. Kind, courteous, hard-working, and diligent. His dedication to fixing our plumbing needs while being personable and professional impressed me. What an excellent example of an outstanding worker. I also had the pleasure of working with Gilbert, who was just as hard-working and kind. I can't say enough positive things about both the people who came out to help, wouldn't hesitate recommending Roto-Rooter plumbing, and if you're lucky enough to get Casey at your house, you're in excellent hands.

I wanted to call out the great job John did. He showed us the meters where there was water under the floor, sanitized and cleaned the rooms after the flood, set up the containment area and dehumidifiers. He was polite, cheerful, gave us updates while he was in process and conscientious. He showed the same dedication to his job and commitment to us when he returned to remove the dehumidifiers. Both times he was working alone and did a great job. Thanks so much John!

We’ve always had great service from Roto-Rooter. The technicians are super nice and work/repairs are addressed quickly. I called them one time after another plumber suggested drilling through our floors. Roto-Rooter was able to solve the issue without drilling. They’re worth the extra cost, for sure!

John and Caroline were amazing they came out after I had a flood in my kitchen and immediately got to work. They worked late into the night removing my cabinets, any dry wall cleaning, drying, and doing their due diligence to ensure we could find the cause of the leak. It was extremely hot because my ac was also out but they were nothing but kind and patient even at the times I wasn’t. Their work and kindness is invaluable

I called about a possible dishwasher leak, was seen within the hour. Mark was able to help me right away and John did great work on the demo!! I'm very impressed with the communication and knowledge on all of my flood issues. 10/10 would recommend :))

John and his team from Roto-Rooter made our restoration experience as good as it possibly could be in the circumstances. John always communicated directly with me and followed through on what he said. He was professional and answered all of my many questions . Devon and Caroline were professional and supportive through the whole process. Everything was always left so clean! I am so grateful we had them to help us through the frustrating time! No one wants to deal with water damage, but if you do, this it the team to call!

We had discovered a water leak in our kitchen and bathroom. Ashley was quick to respond even after hours, was very pleasant and addressed our questions and concerns. Andrew and his team were prompt the next day to start the mitigation process. He communicated and was professional throughout dry out and equipment pick up. All parties involved handled/addressed questions or concerns during the initial process of our loss and it was greatly appreciated.
