If you are looking for a plumber, no need to look any further. This morning while leaving my house I noticed a river of water pouring down the street. Lucky me, it was coming from my yard. When I went in the back to investigate, I realized that I was transported to the Everglades. I panicked and the mosquitoes panicked right with me. The only plumbing knowledge I have is to turn the main water supply off. Not a great long term option if you want to potty or shower. Here comes the anxiety as fast as the muddy river coming from my yard. I saw online some very nice comments about Jeff and his company so I made the call no one wants to $$$. I was greeted by the nicest voice and oddly enough, my anxiety subsided. Jeff took the time to walk me through some trouble shooting to stop the water hemorrhage. No hard selling, no scare tactics, just a helping hand. After 15 minutes of talking and me sending photos, no more river! Let me just say this, it is so refreshing to meet someone like Jeff, a good, honest man and business owner. He could have easily charged me to come to my house and taken advantage of my panicked state. After today, he will be my go-to for anything plumbing.

Team was quick and courteous and had my kitchen sink draining in less than 15 minutes. They were also happy to give me some bids on some other jobs (main water shutoff and water heater service) that I want to do in the spring. Will definitely be calling again to have other planned jobs completed.

We had a great experience with Desert Drain Plumbing. From start to finish, they took great care of us. Scheduling was simple and they took our call at 7am and got us in within 4 hours. Michael showed up at 11am, as promised and knew exactly how to help us. Our kitchen sink hoses and pipes were a mess with leaks and he took care of the issue within an hour. We highly recommend them!

Michael came to change my Reverse Osmosis water filters because I noticed it had been over a year and called them. He tested my water and said I didn't need to change my filters yet because it was still reading good. He tested it three times and tested my regular water and showed me the difference in numbers.

I have not used this company before but will be using them in the future whenever I have plumbing issues. I appreciate the honesty and will be telling my relatives who live in the area about the company.

Awesome service, had a water tank leak, and in the end, it was bad. They were able to get me a quote, one 2 tankless and my original tank heater. I ended up going with the tankless. They were able to source and install within a day during the Memorial Day weekend. Would highly recommend.
