Not speaking of the products, but unfortunately customer service was poor in our experience. Lack of clear communication over return policy, restock fees and sorting out an order, with no accountability or support to resolve the issue due to unclear communication.

Didnt know what I needed but the counter guy fixed me up better than Trump at a deposition.

Dawn was super helpful. Got us everything we needed for a new shower install. Everything was in stock and it took her less than 20 minutes from when we walked in to checking out. They had the drain, rough in, handle in stock. It’s so nice to support a local Mesa business with friendly and helpful staff. Looks like they have a huge selection for contractors and plumbers.

Dawn treated us like royalty. She is officially part of our family. We loved the prices on the most luxurious hardware. We highly recommend this business to all our friends. They honored my husbands military discount and all the plumbers are insightful, honest, funny and good people. We had so much fun! I love this place!

Daniel V. Is the best. He’s very helpful and patient with me. He always has time to get me all squared away for what ever project or emergency I’m dealing with. I can always count on Daniel. I went in to get a part for a pull down kitchen faucet thinking a plumbing store would be able to help. WRONG some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The employee was not willing to help in any way just because I didn't know the brand. I could have looked for the piece myself if I had been given the chance. I thought I was in a 3rd world country again where people can't think outside the box. Is this some kind of exclusive club where only a certain type of people get access to supplies and help..So confused 🤔

Dave at central arizona supply in mesa is a true king and got all if our water company’s random parts we couldn’t source else where. Highly recommend

Fast, knowledgeable, friendly with a large inventory. I went there to pick up a shower faucet part for my sister in law's 1971 trailer. They knew exactly what it was and fixed me up.

Sky Mountain Construction has over a 100 suppliers that we purchase products from. Central Arizona Supply is top of the list. I order from Jonathan D. 2-3 times a week, his extensive plumbing knowledge makes the job in the field much easier by having the correct parts. On many occasions I have stopped in with a part for him to identify, He almost always is able to identify the part and come up with same or compatible part. Total time saver! Jonathan is a true gem. Update: They credited some money back, so I'm giving them 4 stars. Because they did address the issue.

We purchased a Toto Washlet and a toilet to go with it from the Mesa sales office. The toilet was sold to us as one with the ability to hide the hose in the back (extra hole so the water hose wouldn't stick out to the side). After it was installed, we noticed this feature was NOT included.

Our Water Heater went out recently and came here to get a new one! Cody was amazing and helpful. We had a list of parts we needed and he did not complain at all when checking if they had them in stock or not. I was highly recommended this place and if your lucky to see him there, ask for Cody!
