In spite of being pretty booked, they were able to free up a repairman the same day I called. They had a new compressor within two days and we up and running. The repair person, Tim, was friendly, courteous and efficient. We can highly recommend Dependable Refrigeration & Appliance Repair Service.

Company was responsive and quickly diagnosed my problem with the LG Dryer. Ordered the part and completed the repair within the time frame promised.

Ice maker swapped out and now we have ice again! The technician had good advice about our other appliances which we appreciated.

Dependable Refrigeration has helped us out with our freezer two times already when emergency services were needed. They respond quickly, have the necessary parts needed for repair and have knowledgeable servicemen. Both Tim and Dakota were excellent. Can't thank you enough.

It seems like a horrible company. Had a tech come out and assess our upright freezer blinking of green light and beeping the text said that needed new freon and he didn't have the right freon. He happened to stop off prior to that and buy freon that apparently was not the right one either. He said that the office would be give me a call to let schedule a new appointment to get the freon field. I proceeded to call the office 2 hours after the appointment and went to voicemail called again and the person at the office basically said the freezer's done there's no reason why they should be able to have to fill it up and don't know how to fill it up. It seems like a ranking company that the texture known if it needed Freon filled that basically the freezer is done this freezer's only a year and a half old and should have been an L to be repaired but the text couldn't even diagnose that he just felt inside the freezer and said yeah you're low on freon I'll give this a a zero star company but it won't won't let me write it's down to a zero I'll be looking for another company I don't see how this is a 4.9 star company. It says they're 24 hours on their website on Google Maps it goes straight to voicemail and when I did get the voicemail it says they close at 3:00 p.m. not 24 hours this is misleading and should be reported the Better Business

Tim Peacock service was excellent, on time and courteous. We are very pleased to have found Tim and will use his services for all our refrigeration needs in the future.

Pending installation. Waiting for parts. Dakota identified issues and was great. He also identified what was needed to fix ice maker.

They fixed our fridge. Only 4/5 stars since it took more than I was expecting for the parts to come in, but since it's over 30 years old, it's not something that I could just go get from Home Depot or Walmart. Luckily we had our old apartment size fridge, as it was down for about 2 weeks. I would only take ½ a star, but couldn't find how to. Once they got to work, it was pretty quick. Both techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!
