The technician arrived in the scheduled window and quickly assessed the issue with our refrigerator. After proposing a solution, he completed the repair in a short time, leaving our refrigerator working in top shape. I highly recommend this team!

The repair technician was prompt, efficient and personable. He explained what had happened, and what was needed on the way of repair. It being the weekend, I will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for a part to come in, but it is the water that is affected, so not like I am going to lose food because of lack of refrigeration.

Spent 10 minutes..took a picture of the model number. Said he couldn't leave a receipt..said the part was not available because to cook top was old. Cook top is less that 5 years old. Left with no repair information or model # or receipt for payment. Very poorly run organization. I would not recommend

I would have given 5 stars, but my repair service took almost 3 weeks around the Christmas, New Years break, and there was not adequate communication to keep me informed!

This place is so great and Tim is an excellent technician. I had a wine cooler repaired, and Tim discovered that the repair was going to cost less than I had paid as a deposit and they actually refunded me! That is integrity!

Our service tech, Dakota went ABOVE and BEYOND when fixing our dishwasher. He even took the machine outside to thoroughly clean out soap residue. He is very knowledgeable and displayed real integrity. I applaud you Dakota!
