Freddie H was amazing! My dryer was working intermittently, Freddy took the time to carefully watch how I operated the dryer and we discovered it was operator error that was causing the dryer not to work. If you want a honest, trustworthy, appliance repair person you have found him in Freddie.

Dependable Refrigeration, in particular Tim Peacock, are very knowledgeable, highly efficient, and extremely honest. They diagnosed the problems with my 35 year old sub zero quickly, ordered needed parts and rebuilt the sub zero in a couple of hours saving us thousands of dollars. Our sub zero is now good for at least another 15 years.

Great company with outstanding technicians and reasonably price. My first experience with them last year was outstanding. This year scheduling communications marred my experience, but workmanship and repairs were great. Dakota was very helpful and efficient.

Very impressed with text notifications on arrival times. Service was excellent and service call fee was reasonable. Although, I wasn't present when technician arrived with part installation, my son said he was very courteous and his advice was very helpful. (Such as not to overstuff freezer) I would definstely and highly recommend your company.
