Junk Butlers is a company I will continue to use in the future. We recently upgraded a couple of appliances in our kitchen and I was dreading hauling the old ones. They came in, very friendly and professional, and removed our old units without issue. Great guys, can’t say enough good things about them! 10/10!

I texted them some pictured and got a call asking if they could come by and they just happened to be close so in less then 10 minutes they were there. Rick looked at what we had gave me a great price and we're able to take it away then. It was wonderful working with them, would definitely recommend, actually I just texted my brother their number.

I have been skeptical about using junk removal services for a while now but this company has changed my perspective completely. Rick responded promptly to my text messages, set up a follow up call then a collection date and time. The evening before the appointment, and the morning of (before arrival) he followed up with a reminder text. He and his wife were quick, efficient, and more importantly so polite and kind to myself and each other. I really enjoyed having them in my space taking care of something that had bothered me for so long in such a professional manner. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. All I have is gratitude for this couple and the service they provided. It was well worth the price they quoted.

Rick responded promptly on a Saturday, quoted a fair price, was very courteous and treated me like he really cared. When he showed up at my door at the time requested, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My side yard had turned into a junk pile with old tile from a recent renovation, many 2-4” tree branches, among other things. The great attitude, speed, and care to clean up after was very appreciated. My yard looked great! Huge praise!! Thank you so much once again.

Had 3 logs removed from backyard. Not an easy feat as these looked like telephone poles...approximately 14ft long...great guys...even cleaned up the rotted pieces...recommending to all my friends and neighbors.
