For many years I didn't know what I was going to do with all the trash and junk I had all around my house here in Peoria, Arizona. Luckily, I have close friends that always have the best connections to the best companies in the valley. Some may even say I had a hoarding issue. Please see attached photo for the before evidence of this accusation haha. So when I was recommended "Junk Butlers", I won't lie I was a bit skeptical. But that changed very quickly as soon as they came over and assisted me. I felt like all I needed to do was mediate, and even that seemed unnecessary. They were very professional and seemed to have a plan on how to remove the junk from my house, and the garage, amongst other places. They were even dressed professionally and didn't seem in a hurry like some companies will to get to other jobs. So I thank you again "Junk Butlers" for all the help, and I now no longer feel like the title of hoarder is appropriate for me 👍🏾!

Junk Butlers were punctual and the job of removing a hot tub was delivered as promised and on time. Our patio and surrounding areas were left spotless and the price was very fair. Both men were professional.

Ricky is a retired police officer. I told him he might be making more of an impact in his second career. If you are a senior, the child of a retiree or just anyone who is overwhelmed by moving out, Ricky is your person. We came down to Arizona to do a simple clean—out for our parents, before a property sale, but there is more than meets the eye. People accumulate a lot of stuff even in tidy homes. Furniture that may seem valuable cannot be given away. Ricky walked us through what was able to be sold, donated, and what frankly needed to go. Do not hesitate to contact Junk Butlers. They are professional and kind. And also managed their truckloads so we didn’t have to take more yards than we needed. Seriously don’t call anyone else!

Great experience! Professional and friendly! Rick removed a HUGE hot tub from our backyard along with a bunch of other stuff. They were prompt and left the site clean and junk free!

Junk Buster’s is compassionate and understanding when dealing with someone who is a hoarder. They gave me time to quickly make sure no valuable items were in the boxes before we threw them out.
They feel like they are part of your family while they are there. Especially if you work along side them.
They changed my family’s lives for the better. We cleared out 2 20 yard dump trucks for 1/8th the bids from other companies with aggressive sales tactics.

My dad passed away last weekend; unexpectedly, at home in his sleep. The bed that he passed away in needed to get gone.
I won’t go into details but it was not in pleasant condition.
I called Rick Newberry at Junk Butlers and I am so glad I did.
They came out quickly when my mom was ready…took the bed and a few other things for her. I just can’t explain how great they were. Kind, considerate, fast and professional… they just acted like really decent humans and made what could’ve been a traumatic experience for us into an almost pleasant one. That’s weird to say but I’m bad at writing things like this…
I just wanted to thank them I guess, by sharing in case anyone else has anything “unpleasant” that needs to get gone from their home- and don’t know who to call.

I have hired two or three different companies to do my house lighting. One of them took my deposit without even starting the job. Until my friend referred me to this company who did an amazing job. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He knows what he is doing with very affordable prices compared to the other companies. I liked how neat and small hidden details he did. I also loved the app that gives you a variety of options to pick and choose from. He will do A to Z job with very informative steps in a timely manner.
