I am writing to express my extreme satisfaction with Pop-Ins of Arizona. We have been using this company for 10 years, and they consistently impress us. We've utilized their tile grout cleaning, deep cleaning, and area rug cleaning services in the past, and today I received a regular cleaning service that also did not disappoint.

Gina, who provided today's service, did a wonderful job. Our bathrooms, kitchen, and floors are all beautiful. She even brought a step ladder and cleaned the tops of our 6 and 7-foot tall bookcases. Gina was also great with our pets.

I had a pool pump motor go out on 7/3. I called the great guys at Pink Dolphin Pool Care and got a call back that afternoon. They were very friendly and knowlegable on the phone and I set up an appointment for them to come out on Monday 7/6. I asked them to call me 30 minutes prior to their arival so I could make it home from work and that was no problem for them. The 2 guys that came on Monday were professional and found the problem quickly. They said they would email me an estimate for a new motor and could probably have the work done in the next 2 days if I approved the estimate. I had an email with an estimate within 2 hours. I approved the repair and they came and fixed the pump the next day (Tuesday 7/7). My wife also really liked the fact we could pay for the repairs online through a secured link they sent after the repairs were completed.

So glad I found Pink Dolphin Pool Care! My pump was going bad and I called Steve yesterday, he came out the same day to give a quote and Mike came out this morning and I now have a new pump. Fast, friendly, affordable, and very professional service! Highly recommend this company 😀

Today had the old sand filter replaced and got a new motor for the in-floor cleaning
system. Mike did a superior job., and it all looks good too.

These days, it's hard to find a pool company that keeps its word and does what it says it's going to do. Pink Dolphin is fortunately one of those companies. I called them to fix a pool light. They made an appointment, kept it, and gave me a quote that they honored. Best part was, the technician showed up the next day, on time, to fix it. I need some other work done on my pool at the end of this swimming season, and guess who I'm going to call?

I am very fortunate that my neighbor recommended Pink Dolphin to me. I was having pool issues for about 2 years. The issue was fixed on the first call. I have been free of issues since and my pool looks great! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Pink Dolphin for a stress free pool.

I live out of state and have a home in Phoenix with a very neglected pool. Steve was kind enough to work with me via a lot of text messages and emails to help me understand my pool situation. Within minutes of speaking to him, he sent me photos and documents to understand pricing and planning. He is obviously very organized and detailed which I find important when selecting a service provider.

Steve was reasonable with pricing and patient as I had to make decisions without being there to follow his every move. His honest approach, knowledge of the industry, coupled with his kind demeanor and fair price brought me a great deal of confidence in his abilities and why today I continue to utilize Pink Dolphin to maintain my pool.

Was a customer for 7 years and when Steve was the owner, since it has changed ownership the new owner seemed to be very customer oriented and was pleasant to deal with but over the years she( Ashley) has changed how she handles her customers and can be very argumentative on just about anything that you have an issue with and the one thing she needs to remember is that her services aren’t free I paid for the service and if I have an issue being the customer I should be able to have it taken care of without any issues or problems. She just isn’t workable with the customer. There isn’t much communication with the customer when your regular pool person all of a sudden is gone and she doesn’t inform you of any changes that you the customer should know about so like I said I pay for the service it isn’t free and I expect to be treated like a paying customer instead of feeling like you are a nuisance to her. So I terminated my services with her and she could care less. So before you pick up this service look elsewhere for a better company to deal with.

I figured you would try to blame the customer so as you can see I have always been a very good customer but you pick and choose what you want seen. You handled our situation a week ago very rudely when your technician showed up at my house very early in the morning and I had just gotten up and was going to unlock my gate that you are aware of that stays locked to my backyard. You know how the rest played out. Your technician doesn’t need to be on my property that early unless you notify me. Let’s tell the truth about how you really acted about it haven’t had my pool serviced since last week and I paid for the service. Two can play your game.

So I have had Pink Dolphin come out a few times within the last last year and they have always been great right from the beiginnig. Especially when I had previously selected another pool service and was playing a guessing game of what was wrong with my filter and no shows. My pool was green and gross & I couldn't keep waiting on the other guy to show up. Pink Dolphin showed up day one as they said they would, quickly confirmed what was happening and ready for my kiddos go swimming by the weekend. Every time they have been over they are very timely & don't ever try to over sell me on unnecessary parts or services. I know I will need a new pump soon and they will definitely be who I call to install it.

Pink Dolphin Pool Care has been servicing our pool for years and has always done only what was necessary at the time of service. They are professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable and at a fair price. I am extremely happy with all they have done for me and I highly recommend them.

Very unhappy with service over the past 2 years (2020 thru 2021). Used Pink Dolphin to service 2 of my rental houses. Since Covid, they never supplied chlorine tablets yet charged an extra $10 per month for the extra cost of chlorine. I supplied keys for all gates yet when they had to switch the person that was servicing the houses, they could not get in and would not service. I was never notified and therefore pool turned immediately green after 3 weeks of non service. When I confronted "Ashley", I was told it's better that we just stop servicing. I requested my money back from the non service weeks and stopped even getting acknowledged from anyone at Pink Dolphin. It's just not the same service company that was offered when this company first started. The newer buyers that purchased the company a couple of years ago do not live up to the same service standards that I originally signed up for. This is an expensive service not to be given chlorine tablets. The liquid chlorine evaporates so quickly during the summer that you will be at a 0 PH level by the time the service the pool again the following week. That being the case, you need to hope service is never delayed or skipped. I would not recommend this company to anyone as there are plenty of other options who can send you detailed weekly reports and who offer to service with chlorine tablets. I feel Pink Dolphin is trying to pull as much profit as they can with each serviced house that they will cut corners to save time and money. Just beware of what you are receiving for service with Pink Dolphin!

*** UPDATE*** Sorry if $100 per month is "cheap" as I expect that I would at least get service that I am paying for. All repairs were made on the pool and equipment and there was NEVER a time that I turned down repairing any part of the pool (just maybe through Pink Dolphin doing the service every time). You can say what you want but I have plenty of documentation to support what I say. The whole reason to have pool service on a rental is to make sure the pool is not messed up and to say that I'm too "cheap" to fix or service it correctly is completely inaccurate on your part. If I could only do more to inform more customers to beware... If $100 was $20 less than everyone else, I don't deserve to have any less of a service level because my $100 is not worth your time. I've used Pink Dolphin since 2013 and it's only with the newer owners that took over the business that I seem to have a problem being too "cheap". I guess it's true, you get what you pay for! And note, just because you can't get chlorine tablets from 1 place, doesn't mean they are not available. Try Leslie's as they have plenty to sell pool companies like yourself.

Steve and his team at Pink Dolphin are by far the most professional and ethical pool service company I have found; and believe me I have gone through several. Being an owner of a rental property is hard in itself, add to it the fact that we don't live in the Phoenix area and it makes it even harder especially when it comes to trusting repair and/or service companies. However, with Pink Dolphin that worry is taken away. They are there when they say they will be, their pricing is beyond reasonable and they keep you up-to-date with everything that is going on, including any issues they come across. I also love the fact that they will take and send you pictures!! Thank you Pink Dolphin for taking the pool burden off my hands!!

Our pool suddenly changed from crystal clear to green over the weekend. We emailed Pink Dolphin and left them a voicemail. Shortly after they opened up on Monday, the owner called and said they would be at the property immediately. Upon arrival, the tech knew that something wasn’t right so he called to get approval to add chemicals and do a shock treatment. Upon further investigation, he found out too that a part needed to be ordered. Look forward to getting the part installed so we can have our pool back to normal. Ashley is very communicative, friendly and runs her staff to accommodate her customers like us. Thank you Ashely.

First, the communication from them was great. It's a subtle customer service skill forgotten. I knew what was going on, there were no surprises. They did great work. Reasonably priced. I had them replace my old sand filter with a new cartridge system. I would recommend switching to one and have Pink Dolphin install it
