I'm delighted with the two new mini-splits installed by Chris and his folks. I've done mini-splits in prior homes but none of those jobs went as quickly and smoothly as the ones Wahl installed for me. The crew is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced so I had total confidence in their ability to deliver as promised. The price was fair and the follow through was exceptional.

I first used Wahl AC two years ago to install a standard HVAC system at my rental property and again the price was fair and the service fantastic.

I am impressed with this company, not only because of their reasonable prices and great customer service, but because they treat their employees well and that is a rarity these days. I'll be doing all my HVAC work with Wahl AC in the future.

This is a wonderful, locally owned company. They installed a new AC unit for me two years agoand did a great job. Recently had them out for a thermostat issue, it was resolved very quickly. Daryl was really helpful and explained the issue and gave me tips for any future problems.

We called in the morning and you had your service rep at our house the same afternoon. Grant did a great job. Explained the issue and all was well. Loyal customers for 22 years for a reason

We've used a variety of HAVAC companies over the years. Wahl's was recommended by a friend. We will only use them in the future. They are thorough, loyal, honest and very reasonable. Robert, our tech even took an extra 15 minutes to educate us on AC units and answered additional questions. No other company has ever gone into our addict to check the blower or leaks. You cant go wrong with this company.

Overall great experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, professional techs, fair pricing and top of the line AC units. I had them install a new unit at my old house 20 yrs ago and now they installed one at my new house. They have my trust 100% !

Our AC was serviced today by Robert and I can't compliment him enough. He came in with a big smile and left with one. You don't see that very often in today's world. Have been using Wahl A/C for many years. Great service, honest system check, not trying to upsell you to a new system. One of the last family run businesses. Dennis now his son Chris are great. Here in AZ, you need to do preventative maintenance will annual system checks.

So let me start by saying I have always used Wahl AC for 20 years. Now I know exactly why. Our one unit went out Saturday late at night. My husband called a company at 11:30 PM while I was sleeping and scheduled a service for Sunday. He may never live that down. The company comes and $4800 bad compressor on a 4-year old unit. I looked and said no way. Called Wahl AC and sent them the work order. Alone on that they were going to save us $2800. Amanda got all of the parts and helped with getting overnight shipping. Grant shows up on Wednesday ready to replace the compressor and be good to go. There is a problem. The compressor is not bad it is just the top fan. Amanda finds the fan and Grant installs it and we are up and running again. Thing is we were prepared to spend $2000. Because this company is honest, Dennis and Chris, and Amanda in the office and their techs our bill was under $800. Thank you for reminding us to use local small businesses that care about the customers. Truly a company that cares.

Just my luck. My air conditioning went down just as the temperatures hit 100 degrees. Also, we were scheduled to go back to Canada (we are snowbirds) for the summer season, and only had two days left before leaving. I immediately called Wahl as I had had them do some repairs in the past. They were able to accommodate me with a late day appointment to check out the problem. Daryl, their senior technician showed up for his last call at 6:00 pm on a Friday. He had to crawl up into our attic, which was insanely hot, and found a dysfunctional capacitor, which he was able to replace with one that he had in his van. Based on my conversation with Daryl, I will likely have the entire system replaced, by them, when we get back for the next season. I was charged a very reasonable price for the repair. I have always believed that the air conditioning business is plagued with “bandits”, and I truly believe that Wahl is one of the few honest and reputable companies in this industry. Anyway…I would highly recommend Wahl to anyone needing air conditioning service.
