I thought I had a problem with my thermostat. Lane checked it out and the thermostat was okay. He went in to troubleshooting mode snd found the problem. He went out and got his tools and took care of the problem.

I needed a thermostat moved. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day. The technician who arrived was polite pleasant gave me my options and made no mess. The pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend.

I can honestly say Wahl is the best and most honest AC service company out there.

We came home from out of town to an 89 degree house and I was already looking at hotels to stay at, given past experiences with other companies and how long they would take to fix the AC. Luckily, we were referred to Wahl, and they were here in 25 minutes! And they had the repair done an hour after that!

Given the age of our AC, they could have easily said we needed a new unit or a really expensive repair, but they were completely honest and said it was just a simple repair. Their efficiency and honesty was awesome and a great way to end such a stressful situation.

As another poster said, if you want to get ripped off, go with another company. But if you want high quality, honest service, you need to go with Wahl.

Made an appointment and they gave me a window of 12-5pm. Which is fine but never showed up. No call, no show.
How do you run a business this way? Wasted a day of my time. Never calling this place again. Be weary !

The Wahl crew came out to replace both of my AC units, they started the jobs early in the morning and was complete by midday. The crew was very nice and professional and did an outstanding job. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend this company for air conditioning services.

Wahl Air Conditioning's best employee, Daryl, did the annual fall checkup of my Evaporative Cooler. As usual, he did a thorough inspection of the cooler and everything associated with it, such as the thermostat. I have been working with this company for about 4 years and would not trade them for anything. I highly recommend Wahl Air Conditioning to everyone.

only wish they would give the items SRP requested to get the coolcash rebate.my application was cancelled by SRP because they didn't get any items requested from the contractor.

Just wanted to share my experience with this company

First of all I was a contractor hold 2 specialty lic so I v been around the construction side had a couple companies during that time

I wanted to reach out to a couple Air Conditioning companies for knowledge and service with great reviews that would let me know who will be in my home with my family while I’m at work

Out of the 10 plus companies I interviewed for the services this was the ONLY company that got back to me in a timely manner and responded to all my questions correctly, in the Air conditioning market now they have smart units that lower your utility cost and run on lower amperage instead of the conventional 220 volt once it turns on it sucks electricity like crazy until it cools , speaking to the multiple companies this company was the top that had knowledge of exposing the different Seers from the basic 14 that everyone signs up with to the cost effective efficient units

Onsite work, Employees were clean and It was a Blessing speak to them in English and they understood

Clean up was awesome

Warrenty registrstion happened right after install was completed

I can’t even here the smart unit running
